This.. is really cool. The way you took the theme is impressive and the main mechanic is really interesting.

Having so many major controls all on the mouse is maybe a little cramped, and I frequently found myself having to focus on not over-scrolling while navigating the menu while running from enemies, but people with better mice might not have that issue. Aside from that, I loved it; really interesting idea with a lot of strategic depth to be mined. Would definitely be interested in seeing this developed further!
The game is a little buggy and the objective is a unclear. The mechanic is really interesting and well done. Keep up the work
The main menu did't let me start. Looks good though. Would of loved to try it.
@htmichael The second level is locked until you finish the first one :D Can you start level1?
@marcel-egle No. The second one is locked out but the selector is stuck on it and won't move
@htmichael There is no "selector", you have to just click on it ^^ The greyed out button and white text is supposed to show that the button is inactive :D
Really nice game! loved the idea and the execution, really felt the heat when the cubes where after me and was nice to think about which pictures to delete and so on. Deleting pictures felt a bit clunky as it would automatically shift to the next picture when taking pictures but not when deleting them. good job!
@marcel-egle clicking didn't work either
I really like the concept of this. More than any other game I've played so far, this one really made me feel like I was "running out of space". I really had to be diligent about deleting pics of frozen enemies, or else I'd get mobbed and die. Awesome work!
Liked the concept and the mechanic is very fun. The only issue that I had is that i didn't know from the start what is the crystal. Overall very good!
@dangogamedev @qazikol @allan-kong @peppe @nick-rafalski @akros Thanks so much ^^ Really glad you like it
@htmichael Did you play it in the browser? Maybe you could try the standalone builds :D (Or maybe a different browser, chrome is sometimes weird ^^)
@marcel-egle I'll try it!
Great interpretation of the theme here! I wish that I could control my picture slot with keys, though, as I tended to always over-scroll in the middle of being mobbed by enemies. I also ran into a bug a few times where I couldn't capture the crystal with my last slot. Seriously though, generally good execution on a fun concept made this a very nice entry.
@bloodyaugust Thanks ^^ The thing about selecting pics just got clear to me after the jam, as one other pointed out (@qazikol), doing that with the mousewheel when you have so many controls on the mouse is clunky. I guess sleep deprived me thought it was good enough, but now i feel like the easiest solution would have been to just put them onto keys :D And the bug that you described, could it be that you just took an empty last pic? (So without any text below it)
@marcel-egle It definitely didn't have text on it, but the crystal was smack dab in the middle of the frame, soooo... :shrug: I feel you on poor decision making while sleep-deprived jamming tho. It's a thing. :smile:
Absolutely fascinating concept. Would love to see you develop it further. As a lot of people have said, controls are a little cramped on the mouse. I think you could use some more feedback from enemies damaging you as well. By the time I noticed I was being chowed, it was too late. Love the risk vs reward of the limited camera space Good job!
@bloodyaugust Now i think i know what must have happend ^^ I thought about this shortly before i submitted, but thought... eh its good enough. Mouse1 only freezes and Mouse2 only captures so when you Mouse1 on a crystal it has no text because it didnt freeze anything, same thing the other way around. Also a kind of inconvienint choice for controls :/ But time ran out :sweat_smile:
@darkrabbitgames Thanks for the feedback :D I would have loved to also put some sound in so you could hear enemies comeing towards you ^^
Really neat mechanic, but I feel like the monsters are too fast or i'm just really bad at freezing them.
Very neat concept, fits the theme very well. It was a little too difficulty for me personally though, I kept dying.
My middle mouse button is broken so..... :/
My 5 stars for the theme. That's super, super clever :) Having the space limit being the 3 pictures but also what you can see in your camera...(because of course, you end up watching only through it). Awesome concept, well done!
Interesting concept, it's a pity that there is no sound effects and the graphics are a bit too simple. But the idea works. Nice puzzle/action game!
Turned way more difficult than I though haha. That's some clever dual purpose design you made here, congrats !
This is a really cool game mechanic, the low number of pictures you can save means you need to be strategic about how you take them. Nice work.
I can't seem to put the crystal on the pedestal.. And how do I reopen the tutorial window?
Oh and I would prefer it if the monsters were *not* spawning out of nowhere with no warning whatsoever. It's an really interesting mechanic, you might want to work on polishing it some more.
@vekstr You can just press "Help" in the main menu, that reopens the tutorial. The polishing sadly came a little short because i was running out of time ^^
