Very, very good mood, I feel like more could have been done to improve game play though.

Very, very good mood, I feel like more could have been done to improve game play though.
The gameplay gets pretty repetitive pretty quick, and the controls feel a little inconsistent, but considering it was done in 48 hours, pretty good. Plus, it fits the theme really well, and the aesthetic is adorable!
I love the concept! I think this is a great execution of the theme and you made a game that looks and feels quite nice. The game play loop could be improved a little, in that it was a bit repetitive without feeling like very much was changing except the timers getting a bit shorter. I think the concept of the space getting more and more crowded could have impacted the player a little more, maybe if boxes had more weight or there was a more involved mechanism to move them around so that you could really feel that placement mattered and the game was getting harder.
One other thing is I find that the player should be feeling frantic in a game like this, and maybe having tasks be ticking down simultaneously forcing the player to multitask and micromanage a bit more would be fun.
Very impressed overall, fun game, well done
I found myself laughing at the absurdity. Very funny take on the theme, I like it!
Although the challenge doesn't kick in until you've played for a bit, once it does it's a hilarious time. Its hilarious when your boxes pour into your main walkway after you accidentally bump a single box. Ties into the theme really well and the music is quite fitting to the game play. I like it, great job!
Very fun little game! Was about to die on day 4 from inability to do my laundry but then the game froze.
This game hit me so deeply! XD Since my house right now's full of boxes and stuff thrown around! :P There's such a friendly and happy-go-lucky mood in the game, but it becomes chaotic so quickly! XD
Good job there with this entry! Nailed the theme in a really funny way! :)
This is a really rich protagonist lol (or could they be empty boxes delivery...)
This is a really nice game! the art style is very calm and clean and fits the gameplay theme perfectly, the UI seems a little bit at odds with the rest of the art style and yet it works well! well done! The fades between days is a very nice touch and the location markers are perfect! Very well done this was a great game!
Whew, got to day 6. The game started to pick up and get more fun for me towards the end of day 4 when the house started to fill up. I liked the boxes in the fridge, made me laugh. Also I noticed if you pick up a big box and swing it around, you can clear all the boxes in your path if you need to get somewhere. Definitely helped me get through day 5.
The perils of consumerism laid bare! Good use of the theme. Gameplay felt a bit tedious though, there was a bunch of space to put boxes in at first so there wasn't much challenge in the beginning, but there were still tons of boxes to get through. A smaller house, fewer boxes per delivery and quicker progression through the non-box tasks might help things along a bit. Also some sound effects and maybe an indicator of when you can pick up a box might help gamefeel a bit too. Still a solid entry, nice work!
This game has a ton of potential. However, I feel like there are a couple of problems that hold this gem back.
Somehow, there are too many boxes, yet not enough boxes (don't worry I'll explain). Each delivery lasts a little too long without being broken up by the other objectives (too many boxes), but it also took forever for the game to feel like I was running out of space (not enough boxes).
I think there are a couple of things that could fix these issues: 1. Multiple objectives at a time - If the objectives came up on an timed interval, then the box delivery gameplay would be broken up more and the game would feel more hectic, forcing the player to manage their time. Of course, this would mean increasing the timer for some objectives.
2. Smaller play space - The play area (house) should probably be a one room studio apartment (maybe with a water closet bathroom). This would make the play space smaller, causing the player to run out of space faster. Furthermore, you could design it so the player NEEDS to navigate to each corner of the apartment (there was a lot of unused space in the house that the player never needed to go to).
Finally, just a couple of nit picks: 1. I feel like the grab distance of the box should be increased a little bit. This might just be a "me" issue, but I kept clicking the air, thinking I picked up a box, only to turn and find out I wasn't close enough to the box.
2. The mouse cursor should probably be hidden during the game. This can be done pretty easily.
Great job though! I loved the way the game felt on day 5, as it got really hectic navigating the house. I just hope others were able to get that far.
I really liked the idea of this game, but I think the house was too big so I got bored before I lost. On my first attempt, I didn't realize I was supposed to be bringing my boxes into my house and instead tried to build a stairway to escape the nightmare but that didn't work out too well for me.
Oh, this is a really accurate representation of real life. I've seen delivery people throw packages like that lol. Nice game! The only thing that was a little bit frustrating is that sometimes I couldn't grab or throw the boxes, I had to click several times in order to do it.
