This is a pretty good proof of concept, everything looks good and you capture the general feel of the rhythm game genre well. I'm sure if you keep working on it, adding more mechanics and levels this can become a solid project. Not bad for your first game!

Good effort for a first game! Congrats on finishing and getting something out there :) Without an actual song to go along with, and spectacularly zany graphics, I found it hard to be interested after a minute of playing. Also it seems like there's no "death" scenario so the challenge is missing a bit. With some work this could be a cool idea!

Sound was good! Would have been nice to have more feedback on whether or not a note was correct or not. Noticed there was a tiny score in the corner, if that was more visible would have helped too.

Well done for a first LD entry! It needs a bit more variation.

The name gets a perfect 10/10. Well done! 😆

There's not much in the way of "game" mechanics, but despite that I still had fun just playing around with it. The audio was especially good, and really made it fun to mess around with. After I got the rhythm down, I just started playing around and improvising. I liked that there wasn't any penalty for failure, so I was free to just come up with my own random syncopated beats and stuff.

First, your game name is amazing.

Second, I think you did a really great job with the basics. The game was really easy to pick up and it was immediately clear what you had to do. I agree with @Jimbly that more feedback on note correctness would help -- you do get the overall score that behaves in the expected way, but the 'tomato' icon perhaps is not precise enough to get full feedback on how close you were to the note.

Clicked on it just for the name. Cute idea, could definitely be fleshed out in a variety of ways to be similar to the Cooking Mama games!

Congratulations on your first LD game! You did a good job at combining two genres and making a solid game mechanic out of it. The one thing I would add is better player feedback so I know when I was on or off beat right away. Music was really great and graphics were solid. Congratulations on making a game in 48 hours!

A good start! The basic gameplay is solid, though it felt like there may have been a little lag between the visual display and the audio. Would be cool to see a more creative element, like different inputs are different ingredients, which you use to discover new recipes etc. Keep it up!
