The game really needs some clarity on what you need to do and what is happening. I got a bit confused about what I was supposed to do, and I got stuck on why the game was ending because it seems to happen randomly. The concept itself is pretty nice, and the game performs pretty fluently (aside from the AI getting stuck every now and then, easily fixed by changing the action then changing back). Nice work!

@thy-duck Yeah, probably you are right.(because of lack of time and some problems we couldn't finish what we want and that's why it's not so intuitive as we want =( ) The main goal of game - increase population of mushrooms and don't reach a state when you have too many resources. Thanks for feedback

Hard to understand at first, but when you get it, it's kinda cool. I've never built a town this fast in a building game before, and you HAVE to build fast! Quite different from games where you have more time to decide. Interesting!

Difficult genre to tackle in a jam but well done for trying. A little more handholding- tutorial would be helpful but an interesting concept and cool ehen thenpace picks up and you get into the swing of things

Interesting concept but it was a bit hard to figure out - it wasn't clear how to build different colors of buildings, what the middle stat was, or that resting created more mushrooms, for example. I like the different songs for different modes, though some audio cue for when you're reaching the resource limit would have been helpful, as that snuck up on me a lot. Pretty good use of the theme though. Nice work!

Good job with the complex game. I think everything seems to work well except it is difficult to figure out how the game works. I have been playing for awhile and I am still unsure about how things work . I really like the mushroom and music design. I am looking forward to your future games and hope they will be more noob-friendly.

@felixsoum thanks for feedback and sorry about difficulty, haven't had time and resources to set up a proper pace for a game, will try to fix it in another post LD build

@ariake81 we have had plans to do tutorial and visual hints but because we have had lack of developers/time and some force majeure circumstances it is a miracle that we have delivered at least something.

Nice game.

confusing at first. could really benefit from a tutorial

Pretty good once you know what's going on. Sometimes my guys got stuck in a tree and took a while to find their way around it. I think this would fit the "you control the scenario, not the character" theme more than what was chosen, but it's a very nice game, nonetheless.

I mostly echo the confusion from other commenters. I tried several plays but did not get any further with other different techniques. The mechanics seem pretty tight and three separate songs in a single game is nothing to sneeze at, but it is hard to say mucu more about a game I can not figure out.

The concept is really exicting but I suggest a more detailed instructions. I've only figured out that I should avoid having too much resource but nothing else. Is the colour of buildings random? What does energy do? How to increase population given that I've tried to let them rest in red room but nothing happend.... It's interesting idea that it may be better. Nice job!

yokcos700 2017-12-20 13:34

so pretty much the strategy is to spam buildings as fast as possible? I don't know if there's a way to control which building is built; it seems kind of random but for whatever reason I keep getting the same building several times in a row. Novel concept, I like that much.
