Great design on the game mechanism! I love that you let the lowest 2 row disappear when the height goes to 7. It makes the game more strategic and It's possible to lose weight without eating any junk food!
@goldranger Yep. The game can be very strategic. I'm glad that you found that the row disappearing mechanism can be taken advantage of. It actually is an analogy to "Forget about junk food by filling your mind with a bunch of other stuff".
I liked it! It took me a while to figure out that I wanted to keep junk food at the bottom and make it go away by building tall towers of blocks. I wish it had chains and combos like other puzzle fighter style games. Also, clicking to trigger things felt weird, but I understand wanting the player to be able to control when they get a resource. Very imaginative game!
I didn't get the mechanism at the first try ... after reading the reviews, I tried agian and finish first workout goal! Here are my tips for beginner about the gameplay: 1. you have a goal, complete the workout progress by clear as much as possible of "Workout" blocks. 2. you have to click on the blocks which seemed to be locked when have 4 more together.
哈哈,确实充满策略性,机制有点复杂,理解起来需要花点功夫。另外这回参加LD我竟然瘦了3斤233,估计大概是虚脱了
I like the background little man following his thought. It's a game in his brain,
虽然玩起来有些苦手,不过确实设计得很有意思。后面那个紫色的背景稍微有点晃眼,玩久了需要清醒下。
游戏机制很有意思,让三消游戏拥有了更强的策略性,我很喜欢这个机制!
小人的动画在下方不太能看到,可惜了。
interesting mechanic which mix lifestyle and puzzle games together, in case i feel the controlling seperation from keyboard and mouse for gym and gaming activation isn't a good experience, but the game is good in overall, well done!

在基础的三消的基础上加上了这样的联结主动引爆以及避免放在一起的反向设计,耳目一新。
只是刷新全是汉堡而我又没有安全消除的办法特别难受。
用分数来计量感觉是一个迫不得已地做法。

Interesting gameplay, thought it was interesting. However I wasnt quite sure what I was actually aiming for even after the tutorial. There were just periods of time where it would only give me junk food for 5 or so turns. But maybe I just missed something?
@doodlebut Thank you for checking out my game. The goal of the game is to get workout progress to 100% while keeping calories intake less than 3500.
The chance to have junk food spawned depends on your mood and hunger - the more hungry you are or the worse your mood is, the more likely that junk food will be spawned. So better keep them under control by eating healthy food and getting entertainment.
It's a pretty fun game and an interesting concept. Feels like it could be combined with a macro game pretty well. So my notes: -I like the background graphics much better than the tile graphics itself. Colorizing all the game tiles might be better to distinguish them. -I did not like the mouse mechanic and would prefer to just having tiles automatically combine (at least as a control option). It's just not the most comfortable control scheme with the mouse since it is not doing anything 95% of the time. -The difficulty curb is a bit reversed due to the mechanics. You get a lot of junkfood at the beginning (like 4-5 double-burger drops in a row) that tends to curb down as you make combos. So the game actually gets easier as you go along. -Some casual music would really make it pop.

Just want to clarify that the spawning rate of junk food block is computed from player's stats - roughly the more hungry and the worse the mood is, the more likely the next blocks being junk food. You found it easier later probably because you kept your hunger low and mood high, which is a good strategy to play the game.
