Nice art indeed, the music is cool and the gameplay is neat! Great job guys :)
Simple art, great concept, keep it up!
Pretty neato!
Was funny to play ,I like the sounds.
Cute little game. Plays very smoothly with the camera zooms and the splatters, impressed at the level of polish despite the super simple graphics.
Sound effects are funny. Nice job!

Sorry for triple post, site froze up on me.
I'll also say that graphics are nice, and gameplay is quite fun, cool game in general. But sounds were annoying to me.
If you want more people to try out your entry you need to make it easy to run on as many platforms as possible.
I, for one, am not going to install a bunch of programs to play a single LD entry, there are so many others running directly in a browser for a start!
My only gripe with it is the requirements to be able to play the game. Other than that, good entry. :)
Simple art and cool music))
I voted based on the video, seems a solid 3/5. Im sorry but you should make the game easier to test, as @huvaakoodia said, im not going to download all that for just one game. From the video i can see its a simple game with basic but good enough graphics, what i liked most was the things the Ninja said every time it killed a zombie haha "Chan" "Desu Ne" i take you were making a joke on weeabos or something like that?
@sachos345 @huvaakoodia
The __Usage__ part is for Unix users. We're working on a Windows version with all dependencies provided on an archive.
@sachos345 Hello!
> I voted based on the video [...]
Please don't vote based of the video, because playing a game is not the same as watching it, and I therefore feel unfairly judged.
> Im sorry but you should make the game easier to test.
I get that some people will not to be able to play our game. If you can't, just move on the next entry, costs you absolutely nothing. I know that nowadays fancy engines permit easy cross platform as well as web export, but that shouldn't force everyone to use them and not enjoy plain old C++ with OpenGL.
If you are on Unix, the dependencies are pretty easy to install (for me it's 3 to 5 commands I think), and most people may already have them installed.
To people reading this who can't play the game, please move on to the next entry, or wait for a possible windows build, but I can't guaranty we'll have one, windows builds are a hassle.
@gaspard okay sorry will delete my rating.
(based on the video, couldn't compile it) The gameplay is pretty nice from what I can see. 3/5 for audio & gfx because a lot of things clash, like pixel sprites with a HD planet. The music clashed with sfx a bit. Still, a pretty good game. Seen worse.
Nice game man c: hate us too https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/deep-bottom
Nice controls and feel - fun little game :smile: Here is our: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/plutus
This is trippy =D
@sachos345
I'm the ninja voice actor ! :D
I took Japanese Weebster LV2 in Highschool so i can imitate them perfectly.
This was too much hahaha, had fun with it but quickly became annoying. It served its purpose for what it tries to be. I'm usually more critical towards "Space" or "Planet" games but I looked the other way in this case.
I have problems compiling this under Cygwin 64 :( But it looks so nice I'm going to give it another go.
This really is the best name for an LD entry ever.
Managed to compile the game, and it feels really great to play! The gameplay is more complexe than expected, and the game is really polished!
Awesome work guys! =)
I think it might be easier on us if you had a pre-compiled version for us. I wish I had more time to spend where I could compile and run them, but I'd be here until next year.
@pcmaster Thank you for reporting that, although sadly i don't really have any solution to this issue right now.
@stending I'm so glad the name pleased you ! :D I had a bit of pushback when I suggested it but I can see we're two mind of the same kind. :p
I'm running a Mac... will I be able to run this?
In any case, I plan to look through the source-code :D :D
I realise this is going to make me sound very lazy...but is there any chance you could provide builds of the game? It looks great but given that there are 2,983 entries in LD38...I don't really want to have to build the games before I play them!??!
It's quite a challenge to build and run on a regular Ubuntu. Packages needed to build:
sudo apt-get install libsfml-dev libglfw3 libglfw3-dev
Only after installing headers from those, I've been able to build and run.
Other than those build challenges, its a nice looking mini game.
nice background and nice art good game
I had some trouble getting it to run, but I did play it in the end. Good job!
I'm still not quite sure what the lose conditions are, but I had a lot of fun killing zombies!
Wow, Wow, Wow! Really good art and concept! Great job!
