Hi @jamgrrl i finally played your game (you played mine on your stream), im sorry to tell you this but i did not find the experience of playing your game enjoyable =S The movement was too jerky it distracted me from the whole experience, moving around the planet to fetch and interact with the items/objects was a pain, if you could have solved that isue it would have been great, but in the current state of the game i can not rate it highly.
I gave the carrots to the bunny and use the comb on the sheep, but i could not find what to do with the cat and the pond. Also when you get your jetpack upgrade it is really easy to go into space to never comeback, it makes it even harder to move around your planet, was the tail of the cat in another planet? i went to the moon but could not find anything.
Mmm sorry but for some reason my comment was posted 3 times =S

I think your game has a nice concept which i identifie as being "fill quests to upgrade your equipment and explore", and the mood is really nice from music to dialogues. I just think you lacked of code since there is a lot of bugs in the game.
I tried three times to fly to another planet with the upgraded jetpack and even seen one, but the moment you decide to go left or right in space, you're lost, camera don't follow and you might spend dozens of minutes to recover a full and calm view of your character Another real problem is the movements of the character, in my humble opinion they need to be speed up to make your game a million times funnier !
Overall, it's all of what it lacked, art was simple but well managed and pleasant, music was nice and relaxing, and humor was quite exquisite !
I hope you'll find time to make your game better ! Good job !

Aesthetically, this game was really charming (I especially liked the music). I love this kind of innocent writing, and it's really nice to see more of it. Also, flying between the planets was really cool!
The big problem was that the movement was just too buggy, unless you fly everywhere (which comes with the risk of flying off into space). The other problem was that I had to spam the interact button until I was in the right spot, which caused me to accidentally skip some of the dialogue :(
Why can't you walk in this game? I know you're a ball and all, but why can't you roll? It made the experience really slow at first. The game had some funny dialogue and the music was pretty relaxing. When I helped 2 creatures, I jumped up and never came back, didn't have the patience to wait for it come back. Legends says it that ball is still floating somewhere in space.
Overall not that great of a game. But hey, you always learn from your mistakes. That's what so great about Ludum Dare!

Chill and cute story about helping others. I liked the graphics and whole concept of moving around (and off) the planet with jetpack and atmosphere was great, but controls are really all over the place, and interaction zones are not very clear (e.g. to talk with a goat, you neeed to actually move somewhat in front of it). Hope you're going to eventually polish it, because the game world seemed to actually have much more to offer.
OK, this game was really, really, really nice, I loved the concept dude, great job !
The movement was really weird and jerky, sometimes the character would start off moving in the wrong direction and then correct itself. Interacting with the characters was a little hit or miss. The graphics were nice and it's a good concept.

nice game, but controls are so unresponsive
As previous commenters have mentioned, the controls/physics in the game make it quite difficult to play - you are constantly drifting when not pressing any buttons, and simply moving left and right (or stopping, once moving) can be a bit of a chore. It's a pity, because the game does have a fun atmosphere, some funny moments (the rabbit is called a goat, the cat is called a puppy, etc), and some really fantastic music.
I think the main thing to focus on would be improving the controls; if the controls worked smoothly, any other problems would be much easier to address.
