That was weird af, and i meant that as a compliment. Really cool take on the spot the difference puzzle. more variety in textures could help because it was hard to find things like the blue spheres.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD37 → Mutrix

I got mixed up, which i think was your point but after changing the eye position i could hardly move...
Very nice idea though.
That was weird. It was hard to play as I didn't seem to move in the direction I expected.
Don't even think about making a VR version of this game! :-)
It is original, but my brain is not trained for this :)
That was a really interesting experiment! It took a while to get used to the controls and getting past the headache of that split screen, but after that it was pretty interesting to play. I fixed 8 difference in the lower level, then tried to go up but the series of jumps on rotating blocks turned out too hard for me.
My main suggestions would go towards improving the camera controls (like having full mouse look instead of just the Y axis, plus making the click/rotate action relative to the current position), and towards making the platforming easier.
Other than that the level design was interesting with some variety in the shapes movements, and the graphics were simple but good enough to me. Resetting the camera is very satisfying :)
Nice job overall, and congrats for this cool mechanic!
experimental, trippy , puzzling and a fine example of clever design.
This is such a mindfuck without pressing Q.
On the one hand, the view reset is a really handy quality of life feature that makes the game playable...
...but on the other hand, it kinda feels like it would add more to the game if it weren't there. And I don't just mean difficulty.
Weird and well done. I had fun playing it. Great entry ++
I was able to spot and mark a few differences! This concept was amazing! Great job! Suggestions: some audio and better graphics. Oh, and certainly a VR version of the game! :D
Cool concept and interesting puzzle idea. I was kind of getting nauseous after playing for a bit.
Really cool game! I love the take on the spot the difference game with the VR vibe. Really good use of space and theme. Had a lot of fun with this one! I agree with the previous recommendation concerning adding more variance, but I really liked the single colours used on objects - I think avoiding complex textures and keeping the graphics simple colour-wise was a good idea. I might have leaned toward variance in shapes? I feel like that would be less confusing to the eye but add variance and maybe a measure of time-suspense in the case of objects which rotate or move around. I think that the eye reset button was a really good feature. Definitely a necessary one that made the game a lot more intuitive for me. Hope you had a good LD and thanks for your review!
Ha, very interesting concept! I had some troubles with nausea while playing but I attribute that to the size of my screen and the colors. Liked it!
