I'm not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do, even after reading the directions again. Interesting premise, though. I like the little musical notes when you finish/fail a contract, too.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD35 → ShapeCrafter

"A Java Exception has occurred." :-( On Windows 7.
Honestly, not really sure what I am supposed to do on this. I am not really understanding how the "score" goes up, I don't really know why I would change the colors. I was thinking I had to fill the shapes, but the time given was not enough to do this at all. Even then, my score was never going up, and when it did it seemed to be completely random.
I think I missed one of the controls? Does the paint bucket in the corner do something? I like the rotating shape system.
Interesting mechanic, but there was a lack of directions. I was also unsure of how to get rid of the red block in the TOYS-2 contract.
I'm not sure what to do here. At least all art is nice.
Doesn't work?
Quote a lot of exceptions on Linux - nice game, though.
Only thing that bugged me is the launcher. It simply "opened" the downloaded jar file (which in my case opened my file manager). It'd probably be better if you ran something like "java -jar $jarPath" to start the game.
Took me a bit to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. I think would've been better if there was a stronger correlation between the shapes we're placing and the actual shape we're trying to construct - like actually having to put it together like a puzzle.
Nice idea for gameplay, but I think there should be something more difficult, cause now it's so easy to just tap the space in right moment.
Can't run :(
Got this exception on Windows7:

I found it pretty self-explanatory, seemed to work well enough - with some polish, i'd play it :)

^ Me on the last level ^
I thought the game was pretty intuitive and to me it felt kind of like a bare-bones rhythm game. It was but changing colors was random as far as I could tell and really ruined my groove.
AhAH. It took me a while to realize you press space again to place the piece. Sometimes I would win with a wildly misshapen shape, while others I would fail with what I thought was a spot on shape, but...it evened out ^_^ I like the game though! Cool idea too!
Well done for getting this in. It's a neat idea
I like the game concept. Nice graphics
Cool concept, nicely done.
good game! it's interesting and cool :) nice idea
