I really like what you did with the feels.

Great work! Needs abit more polishing but overall a fun game to play

remdiky 2016-04-19 05:45

Cool idea, but so much text and not enough gameplay

varuns 2016-04-19 06:32

Could kick the pace up a notch :D
Nice mood creation!

The text, music and gameplay combine into a nice atmospheric experience.

kutan74 2016-04-19 14:00

Nice ambience out there :)

Very simple yet emotional, I love how the game is split into 2 parts. Loved this!

Definitely a different view of Shapeshifting than I came up with; but that's part of the point of LD, in'it? An explanation of the meter might be useful sometime as I let it drain without actually knowing what to do (though that might've been distraction.)

As a note, when the game finished for me I got a white screen without any way of quitting. I had to alt+tab out then close it that way.

On a separate note; my game might be working now. I left in some debug code that was outside the main libGDX project (the asset packaging code was in the launcher and I completely forgot.)

really cool game

Interesting, finally a narrative in a LD game. However the gameplay might not be enough, but regardless it was nice.

upwily 2016-04-20 07:52

really sweet narrative

Hi there! Cool game! :D

do you have a problem? maybe we can talk it out? :D haha

Haha, Don't we all . On little more serious note I based this game more on feelings then actual events, and the consequences of those feelings.

sheepsalamanderfox 2016-04-21 12:08

Sober and serious. The sound is poetic and we liked it. The only problem is that, as we are French, we couldn't read the text fast enough to get all of the messages ;-)

Hi, nice game ! We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description

A very pleasant surprise! It was well worth my time. Very good job! :)

medidog 2016-04-21 18:47

Very potential and love the narrative part of the game, the game mechanic really worked well for me! But by the time I got to the door, whatever I do, couldn't finish the level. Maybe I am so bad at keeping my emotions to myself ;)

Mood: 6/5! Haha, seriously though it was really nice, I really liked the simple graphics and the music fit really well! Great job!

Great mood and story progression!
