hit detection is funky
Throwing did not work for me more than half the time unfortunately
I really appreciate the addition of the easy and hard modes. Switching from left to right was a bit slow and figuring out what the yphone was doing was a bit confusing. I really liked the backstory at the beginning (: Overall, nice job!
It's funny, but the background was all black to me, and I had a little hard timeon throwing the yphone backwards. but the game looks very nice.
ps: Laughed of the yphone
The concept was funny, however, the game seemed very slow. I think a background, some music, and a slightly better walk animation would have made a big difference.
A sordid tale outlining the tragic realities of child stardom.
Graphics are cute, but I miss more depth in the game.
With the simple graphics and animation you should have gone all out and make it look like a Game & Watch game. :) It certainly reminded me of one. Great work :)
Pretty cool game, a bit lacking in content, but still pretty cool. Graphics + Humor carry this, I feel.
Good luck!
Interesting idea and concept. Easy to grasp but a bit hard to complete. Eg. a good formula for getting people in to the game.
The hits feel a little off, and movement could do to be smoother, but I love the vector art - looking forward to your next entry!
The controls felt kind of unresponsive.
The aesthetic is great. I like it, but the gameplay seems to me too poor so as to be really enjoyable. There is potential for this entry - maybe using more features or something different. No sounds? Why? Thumbs up ++
The graphics are great, and the story is fun.
A bit silly, but the bold b&w graphic style is nice. Not sure where he's getting this infinite stash of broken phones from! The mechanic of the phone bouncing off an enemy into other enemies is interesting.
