Glad you made it ! It's gonna be fun to test !
Hey! Great Idea! I'll try it! :D
A board game! It looks cool! You should produce a gameplay video. I mean a video where you play the game! I wish i could do games like this. Congratulations, I am super happy to see a physical game here! (this made me happy)
Well this is quite unconventional, now I have to go get a 3D printer to play this!
Thx, I should make a video soon, I already play it a bit and simplify the rules.
Still need more rabbits and more crazyness ! ;)
C'mon! I even did not have an idea that someone will try to make a 3D game in the 3D world :D Feels like you've moved a party of gamers to a new level of 3D games perception.
So much fun, some fixs are needed on the reproduction system otherwise throwing rabbits on the neighbour's field is very funny.
I like how this isn't a computer game. This actually looks really fun :P
Yet another reason for me to get a 3D printer! The pieces look well designed, and the fact that you designed a working catapult out of 3D printed and household materials to serve as a core game mechanic is astounding! 5 stars for Innovation!
I love board games. It's however hard to rate this entry as I guess most people have time or resources to print every non-digital component of physical games. :-) Can you make a gameplay video or something?
I'm waiting for video too :)
A video would be nice indeed. But I play board games a lot and I will definitively try to build that game asap. I don't have 3D printer but with some wood and cardboard I'm sure I can reproduce the caapults and pawns
I have no 3d printer, sorry.
I broke my camera last week for a video.... I will try.
I play a second time with more people, the game is very fun to play but a bit long, the moment when we have to cheak if new rabbits are coming/ reproducing, may be boring and repetitive.
I'm working on a roullette like device to make the random phase faster and funnier. ;)
Five stars for the innovation. It's an amazing initiative. I don't know if someone in the past has did something similar for a Ludum Dare session. I wait the video which I hope explains to us the rules. Thumbs up ++
"To make a copy of it you will need a 3D printer, a paper printer, a vinyl/paper cutter and a few hours" i don't have any of that :C .... but the idea is super cool :D A great idea actually, i think you could code it for testing ;) Great work
Goal was to make a game reproductible on a FabLab. If you have one close to your home you could check if they have the tools.
For the paper cutting you can also do it by hand but it will be longuer. ^^
Do you have a Youtube video of the game in action for those of us who don't have access to a 3D printer?
Great concept! I would love to play it, but I don't have a 3D printer xp I'll wait with everybody to check the gameplay bideo!
Wow, this is awesome! I was looking at the images and wondering how did you make those little pieces, then I realized they were 3D printed! I had never thought about how the 3D printing could revolutionize the indie tabletop game industry, this is incredible!
Excellent concept too, very funny! Nice job! :)
The game crashed constantly, the rabbits did not want to eat the carrots and the other players prefered to pet the rabbits instead of throwing them with a catapult, but a reboot usually fixed this :p
Other than that: Wow. This is the first board game i see here at LD, i wish i had a 3D printer, but according to what i read it must be fun!
Great idea! Well done!
Sorry about the non existant video, I broke my camera just after the Ludum Dare and didn't get time nor motivation to get a other one and organize a test session again. ^^
I played only two times, the game suffer of slow moments, we find some soluction to make it funier to play (remove all the dice, remplace them by a roulette with some random events) but still have to design and build the piece. Hope to have a finished game soon. ;)
