Decent little multiplayer game. It probably would have been better with out control for aiming, but it gets the job done. Nice work.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD32 → The Banana Standoff

This game has appeal.
Hi. Cool game. Is this a remake of the an IBM-Game of the 80s or early 90s? Very cool... played it on my 286 with 8mhz ^^ ... hey found it... it was made with qbasic :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDc3ZEKl-Wc
It's gorilla.bas! Whoa, bonus points for reminding me a classic. But I can't vote much for innovation :D
I even tried the old bug of weird numbers, that caused bananas to ignore some collisions, hahaha. Just put lots of numbers and it will start to overflow in a similar way. Nice work!
fun remake.
You could have change something compared to the original (multi online, or not turn-based with one player with the keypad, etc...)
wont start:
'Unsopported major.minor version 52.0'
Well put together game, definitely would have like to have seen something angry birds style for the shooting mechanism.
looks familiar! would have been nice to modernise the concept with a click and drag interface or something
Fun little mini game. Nice graphics! Sort of hard to hit each other though. But other than that, good job!
Super Game! I love it ;) Thanks
Oh man the nostalgia! classic remake.
You have reminded me of my childhood. That was the game that caused me to play around with programming. I guess I wouldn't participate in LD if it weren't for that game. :)
Well done implementing it.
I was just unsure if the bananas were discarded if another player throws before your falls.
No, bananas will only disappear on landing... or falling out of the screen.
