I thought this was an interesting narrative idea. I liked the way the text position reflected the words. Having an extra option to click on in different places would have made it more of a game.

Exactly what garygreen said. It's a cool idea, and a bit of interactivity or multiple paths would be great. You should explore that option : )
Agreed. Nice idea and innovative use of fonts & position. Would have been cool if there would have been more narration & choice.
Liked the idea, I think it being "a bit Minecraft" was a good thing as I found myself imagining what was going on through reading the descriptions.
I'd be interested to play an actual game presented that way, i.e. with some kind of controls, player choice and an underlying game loop but the action only being described in text instead of using graphics.
Come to think of it, that's probably an idea for a game jam in itself!
Agreed with what the others said. If implementing interactivity is too difficult then might I suggest random paths for each game?
You wouldn't even need to write out each story, but rather write out a beginning, middle and end (or even more subdivisions) and have them put together randomly
Great idea, I'm sure you can go far with this :D
Thanks for the comments, I'm working on an improved adventure game with much more interactivity. I'll add a link once it's finished, obviously as a post-compo version.
The idea is interesting, I liked the way the text move, this game can use more interaction and different paths, cool idea overall!
I almost felt like this was more of a free verse poem than anything, the way the words moved with what was happening and changed color.
I like the idea with the moving text to reflect the position of the player. But it would be nice to have some alternative routes to leave the preset path and truly explore the world.
