Simple but very pretty graphics, and I quite like the story even if it is incomplete. It was quite eerie. I especially liked the "For once you are making your own choices" and all 3 options were the same. Very clever. :P

Another great example of how it's possible to convey a mood with very little artwork and movement.
Nice work.
I really liked this, it was really pretty even with simple shapes. I wish it was complete :( I did like what was done though, and I'll come back when you are done to finish :)
I wasn't able to run the game on Mac OSX on the web version (I tried to press 1 or 2 with no success)
Although the graphics were simple, they seemed to work well for the story. I played through a second time just to see the differences in the story.
I liked a LOT the visual style. I also liked the game idea, but I felt my decisions weren't really meaningful to the story (sure, the text change but nothing seems to really change for the history itself, the character, his enviroment, his life)
I also hated (not in a bad way) to bump with the pseudoending. But I also found that very interesting in terms of mood. The game talks to "you" in a narrative way, but suddundly, the game becomes a character (in this case the maker of the history) and he talks to "you", I mean, the protagonist as well as the player. Strange, interesting...
Whether you finish this or start another experiment of this kind, I wish you success!
Haha, the bit where you get presented 3 chess tables made me laugh. For once I was making my own choices. ;)
I love the style of this and your way of storytelling - even if the main character seems a bit of a downer. Hope you continue with this - I'd totally play a more complete version at a later date!
Thankyou for the nice comments :)
