The proper one apparently is http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5071647/games/Alone/Alone.html

I got stuck in a room with 4, 5, up and down doors. But overall, the mood was set very well and it could be an enjoyable game.

One thing though; the music is annoying as heck. It went in the right direction (good instrument choice and scales - or rather, lack thereof) but something about it makes me want to get out of this damn elevator!

I got stuck there as well. I'd like to revisit this one if the progression stopper is fixed. It is intriguing...

The bug in the stucked room really breaks the experience. I like the mood of the game, I hope I can play it when is fixed.

I like this type of game. There was so much going on at one time tho that i didnt know what to do. Good luck!

OMG this game is dark! The word puzzle is a nice concept :)

sonnybone 2012-01-07 13:22

I kept getting stuck in the walls and it would repeat the 'door is locked' messages. :(

defiantburrito 2012-01-09 09:52

What a weird, dark game.

I kind of want to rate it poorly because I didn't really like how it turned out. On the other hand, I kind of want to rate it highly because it's one that I'll remember...

The word puzzles were a bit obscure, glad you had the answers posted. :)

I like the walk animation, it's silly.

Very unique, good job!

creepy

@defiantburrito I didn't like the ending either. I had more grandeur plans in mind for the story, but (as usual) didn't have the time to fully implement them.

So is the life of an LD game. :)
