Oct 20 20:56:52 Train-O-Matic 3000™ ♥ 1 I like trains Nice puzzle game, very simple mechanics but they add up to very interesting and quite challenging gameplay, I played through all levels. I think pressing ESC to immediately quit the game is not a good choice, I pressed it intuitively because I thought it would cancel the visual clues. Why not write EXIT into the terminal to quit? Anyway I restarted the game and played through it again. I often pressed space before submitting a command, which counted as a typo... that was a bit frustrating, but maybe that's just my weird habit. All in all very nice entry!
Oct 20 21:22:15 25m 23s da Vinci's WAR MACHINE ♥ 1 Another Da Vinci game :D Killing the enemies and progressing feels very satisfying, it hooks you right in. In the end, I often was offered to buy upgrades of which I already had the maximum, is that a bug or can I upgrade further than the maximum?
Oct 20 21:43:47 21m 32s Check the Piss ♥ 1 Lol nice story in the beginning, the AI singing was a bit much though...
Oct 20 22:05:29 21m 42s Kaputnik ♥ 2 I really love this game, it's so silly, but everything works really well together. Also Comrad Kosmo has a nice butt.
Oct 20 22:31:05 25m 36s RELIC CORE ♥ 1 Nice balancing idea with rotating in order to keep extra turrets alive. I played it for quite a while but died on the last wave. The executable of your game is just called ".exe", which is kind of sus, and even a hidden file on UNIX systems. It might discourage people from playing your game, maybe rename it to something more telling like "relic-core.exe".
Oct 21 13:59:44 15h 28m LOKOMOTIV ♥ 0 I like the concept, it does remind of games like Derail Valley. My goal was to make tea, but I couldn't figure out how to pour the boiling water into the thermos, even after waiting 10 seconds on the stove. I don't know if that was a bug or if I did something wrong. I think improving visibilty is probably the most important step to make the game more accessible. The game is extremely dark, I had to turn up the brightness of my screen and still couldn't see the brake, the door from the machine room back to the front, or the stove. Anyway, congrats on the succesfull Jam entry!
Oct 21 15:11:17 1h 11m Chort Harvest ♥ 0 Good driving physics, it feels satisfying and the weapon used has a noticeable impact on the driving. The chain was my favorite weapon, driving donuts is fun and it's not as op as the barrel. That spear made me jealous, though.
Oct 22 18:57:54 27h 46m FREILOW ♥ 2 Lot of content, makes it a bit complicated as it's not clear what you have to do. The tutorial helps a bit, but it's still overwhelming. Impressive though how much you achieved in this time. Art style is also nice and fitting.
Oct 22 19:40:01 42m 07s Old Techniques: The Last Master ♥ 1 The combo building works really well, I had fun trying out a few options, especially the flip and throwing. Might need a bit of balancing though. The story is nice, it fits the theme in my opinion. It's also a good length, it doesn't feel unfinished or dragged out. It feels like you actually were able to finish what you planned, which is not too common for a game jam :D The movement feels a bit clunky though, and there were some really buggy earrapy sounds, maybe the grenades in the end? All in all great game, congrats!
Oct 23 21:10:33 25h 30m The Last Show ♥ 1 Pretty art style, the atmosphere feels very authentic. Controlling the bridge sometimes felt a bit clunky, it stops moving with your mouse once your character is on it, and it wasn't always clear to me when this is the case. But I'm also not sure exactly this could be improved.
Oct 23 21:41:02 30m 29s Ye Old Repair Shop ♥ 1 I really enjoyed this game! I finished it, my favorite levels where the completely unhinged ones in the end :) It's rare for me to find a puzzle game in a game jam that I find well balanced and interesting. I think you did a really good job there. The concept is very simple, but it still gets really challenging in the end. You could probably expand on this quite easily with more cable colors and some connectors with unique effects. Great job!
Oct 24 10:47:16 13h 06m Snake Temple ♥ 0 Very difficult because the snakes can "predict" your move, probably by running their pathfinding after the player moved. So you can't "dodge" the snakes, you have to drag them to another room and loose them there with the walls. But the high difficulty kind of fits the oldschool style of the game. The visual and audio design of the game is very good, you really nailed the old tech style!
Oct 24 15:10:01 4h 22m The Switchboard Operator ♥ 0 Fun game! The atmosphere is very nice, and the difficulty is very well balanced. I dropped a cable in the first level, it kept moving around in the background, leaving me with only two cables to work with for the rest of the game. Also a few times a person called on a line that was already actively connected with another line. But great game nonetheless.
Oct 25 08:26:05 17h 16m 27MHz ♥ 0 Impressive amount of meta content with track sharing and leaderboards. Gives off nice retro vibes, and has great polish all-in-all. I had some performance problems on my laptop, decreasing graphics quality didn't help much. Also the moon/sun was jumping around weirdly, looks like it has its own suspension.
