Oct 7 10:43:58 Underwater Treasure Hunter ♥ 0 A decent start, however, oxygen going above 100% makes the task rather trivial
Oct 8 05:17:38 18h 33m Slime Dash ♥ 1 A bit of fun. I was surprised by the number of distinct abilities, but felt the level and combat loop did not facilitate many interesting uses for them. The animations and effects made it satisfying, although I was a little annoyed at how the player isn't centered.
Oct 8 05:45:43 28m 05s Trick & Treat ♥ 1 Pretty good time! While the sliding does look a little silly, the art style and music definitely nail the mood. In general the mechanics are pretty polished but not the most satisfying. The upgrades, although not offering any choices, give an emergent progression that I think is a bit more engaging than a typical wave defense. You're guaranteed to get overwhelmed eventually, but it does scale quite nicely for a few minutes.
Oct 10 07:53:36 50h 07m Super Axolotl Adventure ♥ 1 Very well done, made me remember Achievement Unlocked :)
Oct 10 08:11:45 18m 09s So Many Gems ♥ 0 I found it satisfying just in how fast you scale, though once it reaches a certain point it becomes repetitive. I thought time as a resource was interesting but the hurdle of resource collection is pretty quickly overcome and it becomes trivial.
Oct 10 20:50:34 12h 38m Bootya ♥ 1 Very creative take on the incremental game. Seems to lean into the deliberately unengaging element, but it comes together well, and I even think it benefits from feeling slow at the beginning, emphasizing a sort of surreal banality.
Oct 11 01:27:08 4h 36m Shifting Steward ♥ 1 As all have said, a simple concept but very polished and satisfying to develop an intuition for moving things where you want. Very nice work!
Oct 12 05:10:59 27h 43m Tiny Dice ♥ 1 Farkle is always good fun, and this works well, although it doesn't present the best, but you seem to already have a good idea of what would make it better. I would also say it would feel more natural if it were playable with only mouse (or only keyboard). nice work!
Oct 12 06:08:33 57m 34s ASTRO JAMS ♥ 0 Mixing the tracks while floating through space is brilliant! I found the controls to be engaging in close settings but felt discouraged from going super fast due to how hard it is to anticipate bumping into stuff (although there's no real punishment for death). The combat also didn't feel great. But the tracks were great and I was surprised how many different moods could be achieved. The only other issue was that once the arrow disappears, it's a chore to try to find the rest, but I spent quite a bit of time and found as many as i could. very nice work, i had a great time!jams.png
