Apr 21 20:40:28 Dig to the Earth's Core ♥ 0 I'll admit I didn't make it to the end :) Overall a nice clicker. Music is decent, but it would have been better if start and end were more meant for looping (not a big complaint, and I'm also speaking from the comfortable position of being in a team with someone who knows music. You're doing a lot better with it than I would!) I think it would help if the numbers used a non-proportional font, but maybe it being hard to very quickly judge magnitudes is intended?
Apr 21 20:59:42 19m 14s Consumed ♥ 1 Very nice mood-setting! I was worried I wouldn't remember what the various powers did, but then I really only ended up using Grief (although Hope is useful if you mess up and end up surrounded!) It does feel a bit repetitive after a while with basically only one power being needed, and once I got the hang of it it was probably a bit too easy, but those are nothing some level design sessions can't fix, and for a jam it's better to be too easy than too hard :)
Apr 21 22:28:25 1h 28m Drilling in the Deep ♥ 2 An excellent game! I already knew some things going in (I watched @philstrahl play, so I knew about defensive drones needing to be upgraded), so maybe I had an easier time than intended. I died once due to lack of oxygen, and I was happy I could continue! Mood, sound and graphics are all very good, and gameplay is fun. One thing I noticed at the end is that the drones refused to touch the very last block of iridium (which was in the lower right corner), and when I mined the last bit of that myself (yes, I'm weird. I wanted to clean up!) something went weird and the player character started moving *very* fast (about two tiles per frame). I'm also wondering if you added a loss condition when there aren't enough resources left to win, maybe I need to try!
Apr 21 22:39:33 11m 08s Go Rescue Her! ♥ 1 Not bad! It feels a bit unfinished, but then that tends to happen in LD The gameplay works well, and the way you're told where to go is very effective without getting in the way. I liked the graphics, and despite what you said I think the audio sounds good too. The one thing for me personally is that I'm not fond of "dark", so while the "you have to make choices and live with them" is good at setting the mood, it's not really a mood I enjoy. That's not a rating issue though, it's really just me.
Apr 21 22:52:57 13m 24s Dig Down Dude! ♥ 1 It took me a while to understand what I was supposed to do, and then I managed to defeat the initial enemy once! No chance against the next wave though...
Apr 21 23:05:05 12m 08s Color Depth ♥ 0 Fun idea! I think I agree with @commanderstitch that being able to drag would be nice. Overall I think this could grow to become a very fun toy, this semi-isometric way to show colours is very interesting!
Apr 23 12:24:17 37h 19m Sky Fisher ♥ 2 You're now at the required ratings, so not the end of the world, but based on your "Karma from Feedback given" number it looks like you've not been leaving comments on the games you rated. You should really do that, getting likes on your comments is a major way to get your smart balance up, which is the main way to get your game played!
Apr 23 20:53:42 8h 29m Unearth ♥ 2 I made it! Like many other people I didn't really fully understand what I was doing, but that didn't matter much, just keep digging up, replacing diggers as needed! I really liked all of the art and audio aspects of this, nice work!
Apr 23 21:03:15 9m 33s West Coast '96: CIBUS DAEMONUM ♥ 1 An interesting experience! Very nicely done! Maybe pacing was a bit slow at times, and maybe it was a bit unclear when to move forward and when to press space, but who cares when there's demon spaghetti? (just one nitpick though, that's an 80s TTS, not a 90s one! :) )
Apr 23 21:14:06 10m 51s #Deep ♥ 1 A fun little game! Interesting mechanics, decent graphics and sound effects, what more can one want? I'm not sure the music really works for this type of game though.
