Overall, a competent game that knows what it is trying to be with a few nice touches.
- The games textures and sprites have a coherent style. - Having proper credit and licensing info is very nice to see, as most (including myself) don't bother. - The music changing with the increase in numbers is a very nice touch (although the shrillness of the music does get a little grating after a while). - Not sure how much it matters about the tuning of my purchases when I can spam click to purchase everything. - A progress bar to the center / goal (if there is one) would be good. - Conversion of the large numbers to human-readable versions might be a good choice for this style of game.
Overall, nice work.
Okay, dang, you weren't joking about the gigantic numbers! After letting it run for quite a bit longer than I needed to, I ended up here:

Although it was a simple game, the joy of seeing the numbers grow exponentially and the drilling machine wiggling at an insane pace was fun to watch.

@welshdivision Thanks! Spam buying is a valid strategy, but it does mean the shop should stick closely to the initial distribution of upgrades since you aren't being selective. You can try other strategies that shift the distribution by showing a preference and see if it'll give you a faster journey to the core (or not!).
Also, I did intentionally shy away from compacting the numbers since I didn't want the focus of the game to be on doing careful calculations, rather on the spectacle of big numbers and quick decisions. I also wanted to show off my hard work on a custom big integer class powering everything! Either way, I would consider adding it as an optional setting in the future.
@andrewkennedy Glad you had fun! That is good progress but the numbers do keep getting a lot bigger if you want to try to reach the bottom of the depths...
There's a bottom?! Okay I'll try again tomorrow!
The gameplay loop is solid but if there's an end, some indication of how far along I am would be nice. It's cool you put effort into putting big numbers into Godot. Big points for a volume slider!

@kirsybuu I got it!

chill idle game, i wish i could see all shop items.
I can tell you that was the most expensive dig speed upgrade I've bought in my entire life!!! I'm afraid I paid way more US dollars than exists in the entire universe :D I hope I'll get the finest dig speed available for that money!
Also, this game is the first among all other games I ever played in one thing. In this game I had the most money I ever had in any game! I feel so enchriched now :)
nice chill game. I dug real deep. Each upgrade filled me with excitement. After a while I fell asleep. ;-)

I'll admit I didn't make it to the end :)
Overall a nice clicker.
Music is decent, but it would have been better if start and end were more meant for looping (not a big complaint, and I'm also speaking from the comfortable position of being in a team with someone who knows music. You're doing a lot better with it than I would!)
I think it would help if the numbers used a non-proportional font, but maybe it being hard to very quickly judge magnitudes is intended?
Nine-nine-nine-nein! I made it! I liked the combination of clicker and idle game. Perhaps a tad long but also strangely captivating, as the numbers lose all meaning at a certain point 😅 Here's again my playthrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L29Qnx4_oTc
