| Oct 12 10:03:13 | Sammich | ♥ 4 | As always the keyboard cowboys entry is a delight. A unique twist on the theme and a novel mechanic combined with strong visuals. As we said in the stream, a little more camera control would have really allowed the creation of more elaborate ant-based art. | |
| Oct 12 10:06:17 | 3m 04s | ONE MILLION MICROSCOPIC KITTENS | ♥ 3 | A delightful little romp and one of the most visually appealing Jam games I've seen. As mentioned on the stream, it might have been nice to see multiple smaller levels or a more elaborate open level. The grind to 1,000,000 is a little slow without a break in the action, but that's clearly a victim of scope. |
| Oct 12 10:10:09 | 3m 52s | Animal Golfing | ♥ 2 | Well executed on many levels, albeit I would have liked to see the visuals pushed further into the creepy or cute. The golf physics perhaps could have used a little tuning. The unique ball gimmicks were good but perhaps some iconography on the different balls to remind that player what each animal does would be good. |
| Oct 12 10:13:52 | 3m 43s | Grablin Battle Festival | ♥ 4 | I love to grabl a grablin! Some clearer representations on what your units are trying to do might have made the strategic options a bit more cohesive feeling i.e. "Is this flank actually gonna work?" |
| Oct 12 10:15:11 | 1m 19s | Planet Maxim | ♥ 2 | Delightfully goofy albeit I found the momentum on the planet spinning and the judging of the area affected by the different attacks a little hard to judge. |
| Oct 12 10:19:45 | 4m 34s | Bees Save Themselves | ♥ 1 | A delightful twist on the auto chess conceit. The UI and interactions work excellently and the graphical flourishes such as the expressions on the spider go a long way. Some tuning on the difficulty ramp up and this could really shine. |
| Oct 12 10:22:32 | 2m 47s | Velc-Bros | ♥ 0 | A neat little mechanic but unfortunately I repeatedly hit a bug where I couldn't disconnect from the green orbs. Nice style to it, good potential. |
| Oct 12 10:28:34 | 6m 02s | Critter Conflict | ♥ 3 | The game's a visual treat and I very much enjoyed the boss designs combining 2 creatures. My qualms are largely with the gameplay. The attacks that involve tracking projectiles are very large and difficult to dodge. The gun and moltov don't lead to particularly dynamic interactions. If holding mouse 1 at all times is the optimal option then I should even have to click to fire. A semi-, automatic weapon and weak points might have been better. Delightful goblins, especially on the map. |
| Oct 12 10:31:29 | 2m 55s | Blob, To the Top! | ♥ 2 | A great concept and technically impressive. I was a little disappointed with the performance despite this. Some visual polish to have the slime friends mesh better with the environment might have been good. |
| Oct 23 22:26:04 | 275h 54m | Tiny Space Quest | ♥ 1 | A neat concept but the balancing curve could be a little better. The early level requiring you to immediately gun it is a little unintuitive, for example. |
| Oct 23 22:27:14 | 1m 10s | Tiny Rexes: Professional Dinosorting | ♥ 1 | Delightful presentation, my only real qualm was the colour switching controls. I would have preferred to toggle colours with right-click as an option-but I understand this would introduce problems for the mobile compatability. |
| Oct 23 22:28:32 | 1m 18s | The Blueberries Dawn | ♥ 3 | Some very strong guided level design at work here. Good placement allowed the large immobile bluberries to still build a sense of unease. |
| Oct 23 22:29:19 | 47s | Stuart's Perfect Day | ♥ 1 | A bonnie wee sailing trip, no notes. Vibe achieved. |
| Oct 23 22:31:27 | 2m 08s | Scam Ants | ♥ 1 | Great concept and the conceptualisation of the ant colony works great. The actual game mechanics could have used some playtesting, and the footstep sounds are very loud-which could have been fine if the volume sliders were accesible in-game. |
| Oct 23 22:32:37 | 1m 10s | Poppet | ♥ 1 | The dithering is very vibey but I found it pretty difficult to discern what I was doing. If the lights go out while you are holding the EMF reader, finding the spot that you can put it back down again is very difficult. |
| Oct 23 22:33:53 | 1m 16s | Nectarmancer | ♥ 2 | A fun little game, but a visual clarity pass and some balance tweaking could make it really sing. |
| Oct 23 22:35:47 | 1m 54s | Mystic Mites | ♥ 1 | A lovely little concept, but I was chomping at the bit for more requests and immediate feedback instead of afterwards. |
| Oct 23 22:44:23 | 8m 36s | Moldable Monster of Mine | ♥ 1 | Fantastic concept, perhaps more feedback when you take damage and lose pixels. |
| Oct 23 22:45:37 | 1m 14s | Fridge Life | ♥ 1 | Manic in a good way. Very succesful implementation of what you were going for. |
| Oct 23 22:48:49 | 3m 12s | Chumini: Tiny Army | ♥ 1 | Very polished implementation, and the PC is super cute. |
| Oct 23 22:50:13 | 1m 24s | Cordyception | ♥ 3 | Delightfully polished little experience and some unique takes on the puzzle formula. I might have moved the "kill the bug" power to the less-prominent input. |
| Oct 23 22:52:04 | 1m 51s | Bug Squad | ♥ 1 | An extremely strong showing, I love the beetle and the scenarios are a good balance for a jam game. The UI is very polished, but I was unaware that I could take upgrades outside of the linear order they appear to be in. |
