| Oct 3 22:44:10 | Space Cargo, Ltd. | ♥ 1 | Loving the design and graphics. The music really fits the game. It'd be nice if there was a subtle sound for the spaceship and if possible a level control for the music. I find myself a bit distracted by it when I was trying to figure out the game. | |
| Oct 4 19:46:33 | 21h 02m | Space LTD | ♥ 5 | Amazing look and design! My comp is too old but playability seems great.. But yea at 1GB it's hefty.. and as a sound person I'm missing.. sound. A start scene with clearer instructions of the game goal would also be useful...But overall, ace work! |
| Oct 4 19:59:54 | 13m 21s | 300 Hryvni | ♥ 1 | Haha! Love the vibe and humour! Why was I wearing a flashlight!!! As a sound person I'd love to have a control for the music/sfx balance.. both sound amazing but the music is a bit loud. |
| Oct 6 19:33:30 | 47h 33m | Batlone in the dark | ♥ 0 | Loved the sounds and the music! And the graphics are nice! The player controls are quite difficult though, especially since you need to use the mouse while keeping the space bar pumping.. |
| Oct 6 20:13:52 | 40m 22s | Lights Out | ♥ 0 | I really like the concept but I did struggle with the dying and having to restart. A reload of the scene would've made more sense to me I think. As an audio person I also really missed sound but I know that might not always be an option in a jam. |
| Oct 6 20:32:21 | 18m 29s | Rusty Barrel | ♥ 1 | So many good things to say about this game! As an audio person my main shoutout is going to be for the great sound in the game, loving the balloon deflating or whatever it was for the fire extinguisher... so good! So many nice sound details from the ambience sounds to the interactive... I did miss some randomisation of the sounds tho and hitting the sub often had the same sound, a slight pitch randomisation I think could've given it more immersion. But liking the vibe so much... like hunt for the red october but in a 1980s Amiga! |
| Oct 6 20:45:12 | 12m 51s | Shotgun hockey | ♥ 1 | Super props for beebop jazz riffs! Lots of clicking and it'd be nice to have a "super slide" moment where you'd not have to shoot but just slide over the enemies maybe.. The sound design works really well but maybe have a stinger/sfx when you've hit 10 enemies or similar just to add some variation to the gameplay. |
| Oct 6 20:53:32 | 8m 20s | Ad Space | ♥ 1 | Any game that has key changes in the music is going to be a winner in my book!! Game outcomes could've been a bit clearer though.. I struggled a bit with understanding the red vs. green game play mechs... maybe a helper text early on with some tips on how to increase ad revenue or news worth. And.. just as an audio person I'd love to have a printing sound sequence when you send it off! |
| Oct 6 21:07:36 | 14m 04s | Don't squash the unicorn | ♥ 0 | The game play mechanics are very innovative and loving the concept! As an audio person I missed sound and music but I realise that's not always an option in a jam. |
| Oct 6 21:11:22 | 3m 46s | Space Knight | ♥ 2 | The classic scissors for sword sound! Lovely graphics, somewhat interesting game mechanics and as an audio person I'd love to have heard more sound! I can't rate for some reason. |
| Oct 7 08:19:39 | 11h 08m | Claustrophobia | ♥ 0 | The art is super nice and the 2D in 3D works really well visually. The music is stellar although on the mac version the menu music clicks on entering gameplay. The game mechanics works but it's really unclear what you're supposed to do. Can I suggest some game play instructions and a message that the Enter key starts the game play... took me a while to work that out 😃 |
| Oct 7 08:26:58 | 7m 19s | Misplace | ♥ 2 | Great theme and concept. Considering how many times I died it'd been nice if the end scream could be more varied. |
| Oct 7 08:48:15 | 21m 17s | Clockwork Tower | ♥ 2 | I really dig this game and concept. I'd like to have seen a bit more variation in the sound although the static clock sound actually adds to the surrealism. The game play mechs really adds to the feeling of "no control" and sense of horror but can I suggest they become gradually more controllable. |
| Oct 7 18:32:39 | 9h 44m | AnathemA | ♥ 3 | Awesome game! Visually absolutely stunning. Requiring the player to hold down the mouse button to be able to shoot is a a nice touch but also hampers the game play a bit... Maybe have that for very powerful weapons only. As an audio person I love the sound and music but the "footsteps" of the enemies becomes a bit chaotic.. I'd go with the law of 2 and a half and just switch to a loop once the enemies are "many". |
| Oct 7 19:24:16 | 51m 37s | Bounced | ♥ 1 | Vibe is on point! But like fashion often... stylish on the outside but lacking on the inside...It was advertised so just kidding... My biggest gripe is the lack of audio... Ohh, the fun you could have with beats and reverb zones in this game 😸 |
