Oct 17 13:49:04 A Parking Story ♥ 1 Made me think about a mix between Untitled Goose Game and You Suck At Parking. A very clean submission, this is what a game jam game should be : simple but polished. Good job!
Oct 17 13:56:35 7m 31s World Weaver ♥ 1 Ok, I'm not sure I understood everything, also I'm bad at puzzle games, but overall I enjoyed the experience. Nice little game that can be tricky for people like me who are not good with puzzles ^^' Good job!
Oct 17 14:04:12 7m 37s Pool Frog ♥ 1 Highscore : 1233, those god damn carps keep eating me and the fly wasn't really cooperative. Nice little game, great oldschool arcade mood. Good job!
Oct 17 14:09:35 5m 23s Before The Trip ♥ 0 It's funny because it is supposed to be a relaxing game, but for me it is my nightmare. Having to fill everything in a suitcase, not knowing where you put those god damn glasses, removing everything from your suitcase and restarting again... That being said, the game is pretty well done. Only complaint I have is that the music loop was too short and it was like making fun of me for taking so long to pack my stuffs. Good work overall!
Oct 17 14:15:36 6m 01s Wall Wizard ♥ 1 I didn't expected the roguelite elements! The game was fun, the only thing I would change is the environment that was a bit boring. Also, the slimes were a bit too easy to kill imho. Other than that, good job!
Oct 17 14:22:10 6m 34s MY LIL WIZARD ♥ 0 A mix between Vampire Survivor and PUBG, interesting. Not a fan of those games but I can see that there is love and care putted into this project. I didn't play for very long but from what I saw maybe the game was lacking challenge? The ennemies were all not very dangerous, so I just killed them with my different weapons and used bombs when they were too many. Nice game, well polished. Good job!
Oct 17 14:26:44 4m 34s Though I Walk ♥ 0 Oh wow, that's really clever! It was making my brain melt but I really enjoyed the mechanic. Not sure how much you can do with it but I can easily see this expanded into a full release. Very good job!
Oct 17 14:30:34 3m 50s Slime Jumper ♥ 1 That's an interesting mechanic. A simple but efficient game. Not much to say but I didn't enjoyed the music, the bassline was a bit too much stressful imho. Doesn't represent the mood of the game very well. Good work overall!
Oct 17 14:38:35 8m 01s Super Amazing Lighthouse Repair Crew ♥ 0 That was a fun little game. A bit of tower defense, with a limited timer mechanic. I was a bit confused at first but after a few try a understood what I was supposed to do. The music was interesting but not sure it really fitted the fast paced gameplay of the game. I would have liked a better tutorial because I missed it at the first try. Good work overall!
Oct 19 16:47:56 50h 09m Push Away ♥ 1 A simple but nice little puzzle game. It starts easy but it quickly gets harder. Imho there are things that can be improved like the graphics and the audio, but overall good work!
Oct 19 16:55:58 8m 02s Bastion's Bumfuzzled Bean-er-ry ♥ 0 It wasn't really clear to me what I was supposed to do, something the beans felt off the containers so I lost a live, and sometimes I did the same thing and it counted as a win. It might have something to do with the physic system. Other than that, I think you did a good job with the scope. Good job!
Oct 19 17:05:44 9m 46s Disc Space ♥ 1 Oh ok, I finally understand how to play. Obviously you would want to take a bit more player by the hands, at least in the beginning, to show them how to make the game works. The UI can also be improved, like having the type of file you need to click on blinking. Interesting idea, but needs improvements imho. Good work overall!
Oct 19 17:10:53 5m 09s It Gazes Back ♥ 1 Not really my kind of game... I tried it out of curiosity but to be honest didn't played very long. So yeah, didn't have much to say about the game itself. But congratulations for making the game by yourself and completing this Ludum Dare, that's an awesome achievement. Keep up the good work!
Oct 19 17:17:18 6m 25s Back to Space ♥ 1 I didn't really understood how and when to use the spacebar. Sometimes it helps moving the little butterfly, but sometimes I don't even have to do that, the butterfly follow me to the door. It might seems strange, but for me the highlight of the game was the music. It might be a bit silly, but it was working and didn't annoyed me even if the loop is quite short.
Oct 19 17:22:26 5m 08s Oh no my spacebar has been cursed by an evil wizard if I press it too much I ded ♥ 1 Took me a few try to understand, but now I get it. It's a mix between a platformer and a puzzle game. That's a very simple but effective idea, I like it. However, I got stuck pretty quickly ... not very good at puzzle game. But I enjoyed my time on the game! The mood could of course be improved with audio, but overall I would say it's a nice game! Good job!
Oct 19 17:26:36 4m 10s Event Horizon Evasion ♥ 1 Nice little game for a first game jam! Sometimes the Predators appeared too quickly so I didn't really had time to react properly, because just getting under them would push me into them. Also, it was weird to bounce on planet because you're not really sure were the bounce collider is. But overall the game is pretty fun. Good job!
Oct 19 17:31:58 5m 22s Box of Squingus ♥ 0 I genuinely really liked this game! I think that you had a great idea and that you could definitively expand this into a more polished version if you have the time! Abviously with audio, but also with more details in the graphics, more juice, etc ... The idea is simple but the game can be hard. Again, very cool idea and nice implementation! Very good work!
Oct 19 18:01:47 29m 49s Limited Space ♥ 0 Obviously hard to judge since the game isn't finished. I think you had a pretty good idea and I would love to have seen it. I overscoped too so I sympathize with you. Wishing you the best for your next jam!
Oct 19 19:34:58 1h 33m A Fishy Kinda Fear ♥ 0 I think the difficulty should be tuned down. It would be nice to have a first level pretty short and easy, just to get the player to get involved in the game. Another thing : I think the character is a bit too big for a platformer like that, I hit the ceilling at nearly every jump, which remove some of the pleasure of jumping. Overall a cool little game. Good job!
Oct 19 19:39:12 4m 14s Ghost Gambit ♥ 0 Good work on making a multiplayer game! Too bad I didn't had the chance to test it with other players. I really like the music which adds a lot to the mood of the game. Can't say much about my experience since it was only in solo, but the product seems nice. Good job!
Oct 19 19:43:40 4m 28s Shoot'n Trade ♥ 1 Hey that's pretty cool! I actually tried to do something similar but didn't made it in time. I really enjoyed the game loop of having to kill enemy to get money and then upgrade your ship. The only issue with the design is that when your cannon is destroyed, you'll have to just avoid the waves without having the ability to make more money. Maybe you could add a shitty basic cannon that only activate if you lose your main weapon. So at least you have the opportunity to still make money and repair your ship. Nice game, good work!
Oct 19 19:48:02 4m 22s Limited Space:Animal ♥ 0 Ho no, it was too short! I actually wanted to see how the different animals were going to interact in the next levels but didn't had the time to since I reached the end. Well, I guess it's better to leave player with a taste of "not enough" rather than "too much". Anyway, I think you could make a post jam version with more levels and still keep the levels refreshing. Good job!
Oct 19 19:55:25 7m 23s we been bussin ♥ 0 ? I tried a couple of time but didn't get it. I validate my ticket and then what? A tutorial would have been nice to help players. I mean, the game seems decent on a technical level but I really have no idea what I am supposed to do. So pretty hard to do a realistic rating... Nice work on the bus simulation anyway!
Oct 19 20:01:08 5m 43s Pot Friends ♥ 2 I kind of like this kind of ectic gameplay when you have to quicly move things around while dealing with the chaos of having multiple ingredients falling in the wrong pots. However, I wasn't sure what was supposed to go where. Would be awesome to have a feedback about if an ingredient is in the right pot. Could be a visual effect on the ingredient, a simple counter that increase when an ingredient is at the right place, or even just the characters reacting to the food that are in their pots. A nice concept that could be improve with a bit of juice imho. Good job!
Oct 19 20:06:36 5m 28s TurtleTD ♥ 0 First game jam? Well done! Congratulation for making it, that's an awesome achievement! Now some feedbacks : since the waves of sharks are pretty slow, I would add a button to increase the time rate. Also, having just one turtle for the beginning is a bit boring. The systems seems to be working, you have the foundation for something that can be nice, but it needs more work to get the player to have a nice experience from the begginning. Good work overall!
