May 2 00:51:50 I dream of pixel art: AI game ♥ 1 Interesting, the page is throwing for me (in Linux) with error: Error: invalid wire type 4 at offset 3 I'll have to come back and try it in Windows.
May 2 01:00:26 8m 36s Sort It Out ♥ 1 Cool parallax effect. The first level felt a bit long, but in a kind of sick way, the tedious comparing job was oddly satisfying. :D
May 2 01:02:11 1m 45s Elevander of the Emu Express ♥ 1 I don't see any links to download or play your game.
May 2 01:17:07 14m 56s Airborne Adventures ♥ 3 Super cute and fun platformer!
May 2 05:00:41 3h 43m Potion Delivery ♥ 2 Link seems broken - https://ethernal-tech.itch.io/potion-delivery not found
May 2 05:10:00 9m 19s Hellfire Pizza ♥ 2 Great artwork, creative UI. I couldn't deliver the pizzas once I got to the door. Maybe I had the wrong order? 🤔
May 2 05:17:15 7m 15s Electron Odyssey ♥ 0 Cool idea, and great execution. Having an EE degree, this is a neat concept.
May 2 05:22:02 4m 47s Aunt Emmas ♥ 4 Gorgeous graphics and mood. It was a little hard to get started / not sure what to do. I planted some potatoes. Then a basket sometimes showed up with something that flickered inside? But nothing really seemed to happen. 🤔
May 4 00:38:49 43h 16m Handle With Care ♥ 2 At first I was like, ok, a little platformer. Low expectations. Then it just kept getting harder and better. I almost gave up at "use your head". Then 3X as hard?! Then this pizza and basketball show up!! When I got to the Piano, I totally Laurel and Hardy's that thing (rolling down more than a couple times!) The one with dozens of boxes was hard, and then I wasn't sure that "box jump" was even possible Spoiler alert: I spam-clicked it. But "great crossing" -- why would you do that to me? Apparently that was the end, because I never came out of that door? Had to take a screenshot to prove it. 😆 Selection_1694.png Bravo! Both our games are about quick-fingered physics - yours is definitely harder, but mine scores on time, so maybe we're even. ;) LMK how you like it: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/53/fedup
May 4 03:02:16 2h 23m Pizzapocalypse ♥ 1 Fun and simple, I enjoyed it! The next thing I would do is maybe make the controls have a little bit of acceleration / deceleration. Depends on your setup / framework, but e.g. in your on_frame handler, instead of: if (keys.up) { velocity.y = 10; } Do something like: if (keys.up) { velocity.y = 0.6\*velocity.y + 0.4\*10; } If that code runs every frame, it quickly increases from (whatever it was) to 10. But it's a nice little speedup.
May 4 03:18:06 15m 50s Package Panik ♥ 5 Gorgeous, and amazing UI / transitions / etc. I started off ok, but then people started getting angry, but it wasn't clear to me why. Or whether I had too many or too few employees of a given type. Though I wasn't good at it, it was really impressive anyway.
May 5 03:22:15 24h 04m Frontier Salvage ♥ 2 I like the starfield and the audio, really set a nice mood. 👍 FYI for others, on linux I had to chmod a+x game
May 5 03:26:57 4m 42s Food Service Singularity ♥ 2 Cool idea, the pixel art was great. Framerate felt a little choppy on my computer.
May 5 03:56:28 29m 31s Panini ♥ 0 Cute puzzle concept!
May 5 04:01:01 4m 33s Snail Mail ♥ 0 Ha, that was fun and a bit crazy! Music fit the mood perfectly. 😆
May 5 04:05:53 4m 52s Paleo Pickup ♥ 3 My fav part was the voice acting. 😆
May 5 04:09:17 3m 24s Swerved ♥ 1 😆 The crimes are killing me 😆
May 5 14:41:35 10h 32m A Backyard Scramble ♥ 2 Absolutely hilarious, and frustratingly fun! 😆 Those dang implements and their handles! ✊️ The music was a perfect fit, physics felt great. Well done!
May 5 14:51:15 9m 40s Quantum Post ♥ 1 Wow, that was awesome! The time mechanic was wild, and the music and sfx were a good fit. I did find that with dash, I could jump off the track and skip the last couple puzzles. 😆 Great work!
