Apr 4 14:30:56 Engineer's Last Stand ♥ 3 Fun game! It looks and plays pretty great. Would have liked some indication to where the turrets would be placed before placing them though, took me a second to realize they were relative to camera rotation and not player rotation. My strategy was to surround myself with shotgun-turrets, which worked until they turned on me: https://imgur.com/a/rgOrZTm Got the Diamond medal though, so i guess it worked out. diamond.png Well done!
Apr 4 14:42:48 11m 52s Numerus Maximus ♥ 2 I see what you were going for but i think, like you said in the description, that it's a bit too random to be fun. The only player choice you have is whether to use the lightning, or if a 23 comes up you know that the adjacent tiles are safe, but that last one is not much of a player choice. The lightning power up is a bit hard to spot if you don't know the game, as it's hiding with the meta-game buttons like restart and share. I thought it was some new cool social media thing i hadn't heard about until i read the description. It seems very well made, and it's an interesting study to try to come up with a satisfying game like this. It has the potential to be great if you tweak it to the right minesweepery player choice vs randomness balance. Well done!
Apr 4 14:54:48 12m 00s Procrastination Simulator ♥ 1 Great job on finishing one team-member short! I don't know if i understood the game. First time i thought i needed to collect everything. After the timer went to 0, the game slowed down and nothing happened. So i tried again after reading the instructions more carefully. This time i collected only the controllers, but the same thing happened when i reached the end of the timer. Am i playing it right? I loved the particle-effects when you bump into stuff, looks great! Well done!
Apr 4 15:16:10 21m 22s Twilight Sail ♥ 1 I hecking love it. As a sailor with no boat, this hits the spot for me. I've tried to make a similar sort of sailing simulator and i appreciate how janky the unity engine can be with doing stuff like this, so well done for getting it this far. I do have some reservations though. The camera is a bit of a hassle. At first i thought it was locked to the starboard side? (see i told you i was a sailor), but I think it might be just that the mouse is not locked to the window. Also why is it not locked so you can't go underwater? There is nothing down there but sorrow! The systems with the resources and stuff is a bit superfluous because i think most people will struggle getting anywhere at all. Also i don't think a square rigger could sail as close hauled as in this game. How dare you change small details about sailing in order to make the game more fun!? Also the soundtrack SLAPS please make it available for download, particularly the last one(? don't know if they are randomized or not). firefox_dmT5CtLG9f.png _I found Blender Cove!_ Well done, my favorite game so far this jam, the jank just makes it endearing.
Apr 4 15:28:02 11m 52s 3rd Emu australian war simulator ♥ 1 Took me a while to find a good strategy. I call it the West-Australian lawn mower! https://imgur.com/a/yohKmFa It could use some balancing. Make the game less hard, and cheese like this less good. My game has similar issues so who am i to judge! Anyway, well done!
Apr 4 15:43:03 15m 01s Delay Dragon ♥ 1 This game is good! It's just held back a bit by the controls. I wish space would do the same as shift while in-air, so that it would be a bit more ergonomic to play. Any key i could click with the right hand instead of shift would also be better. Untitled.png The last level was like murder by carpal tunnel, but i got there in the end. Well done!
Apr 4 15:48:55 5m 52s TyPing Pong ♥ 2 The juiciest of juicy game juice right here. Super polished, perfectly scoped. I could learn a thing or two from this one. Well done!
Apr 4 19:07:40 3h 18m Gemship Wars ♥ 3 Movement is a bit strange, but once you man the cannons it's pretty smooth. My favorite part was the jazzy chords when you shoot and sink boats. Well done!
Apr 4 19:17:47 10m 07s ENTROPY ♥ 1 Played it for way longer than most jam games. Got a bit frustrated on the face-level, and after a good number of tries i gave up. Simple and solid game! Well done!
Apr 4 19:30:59 13m 12s Tyranny Defense Simulator 2984 ♥ 2 Nice, i got a cool 01:46:3980026 I liked the 10/10 voice acting! :D Well done!
Apr 4 19:58:55 27m 56s speedy student ♥ 2 Short and sweet! It would be fun if there was a car or something to dodge on the way to and from school. Tag me when you finish the sequel and I'll try it out :D Well done, and congrats on finishing your first Ludum Dare!
Apr 5 12:54:27 16h 55m Dungeon Architect ♥ 3 Very nice! Super snappy and good controls, nice music and art as well! My only slight issue was that i didn't realize what the end goal was (have 3k gold?) before the end of level 10. But the experience was fun anyway so it was not a big deal. Well done! :D
Apr 5 13:02:52 8m 25s Elder Rang ♥ 2 Ok idea, executed to perfection! "You better not be making those magic fake ape coins" got me good. Well done!
Apr 5 13:12:50 9m 58s Snøball ♥ 2 It was fun, though it took me a while to understand how to spawn in things. I think fan-build is OP, got to 200-something with that. Also the exit button crashes the game but doesn't exit it, because it's a web game, so you might want to skip having that next time. Well done!
Apr 20 13:43:55 360h 31m You've Kidnapped the Wrong Prince! ♥ 1 Pretty cool! As other have said it would be great with some more units and more opportunities for fun builds. maybe the +1 coin from rats could stack? Maybe have a unit that buffs other units, or converts attack to defense? I liked it, and played it a couple of times to test out mechanics and stuff, so all in all i say great job!
