Apr 5 04:22:42 The Longest Commute ♥ 6 Clever game! I played it before work for extra immersion. Initially I thought the controls were from the perspective of the car (i.e. if you need to turn left press A) so it took a couple of attempts to realise they weren't. The overall graphical style is nice and cohesive. Great concept, nice job!
Apr 5 15:31:56 11h 09m Disaster City ♥ 2 Pretty cool concept, nice job! It could use a little more variety (apart from the monster). I got my R&D to 20, was a little on the easy side. I like the idea of splitting gameplay into phases, I think it has a lot of potential.
Apr 6 04:23:31 12h 51m TEST TECH S.A.Your expiration is inevitable. ♥ 1 Really great sound and aesthetics! I do think a round lasts a little too long, I got 13600 on my first attempt. I'd suggest adding another element to the game, e.g. ammo. Controls were snappy and game feels fun and polished, and your controls being affected by getting hit is quite clever. Nice job!
Apr 6 04:35:00 11m 29s Pyre ♥ 1 Really nice sound and graphics! Short experience but good storytelling and atmosphere. Never thought a fire burning out could be so sad!
Apr 7 03:39:28 23h 04m Appeasing The Board ♥ 1 Nice entry! Great job getting a game out with pygame so quickly considering its the first time you've used it! It was pretty fun initially but the choices did eventually get a little repetitive, so after a few rounds I ended up only looking at the impact on cash, productivity, etc. I like the idea, and you can't really avoid getting fired so it ties in well with the theme.
Apr 7 04:21:32 42m 04s Terrasite ♥ 4 Great art and audio! Overall quite fun, and super impressed with the polish!
Apr 7 04:30:06 8m 34s Delay the Inevitable ♥ 1 Clever concept! Quite fun too, and fairly intuitive, would be nice to see it developed.
Apr 7 04:36:01 5m 55s Magma Climb ♥ 2 Fun game! Great controls and easy to play. I think it would be even better with a little more variation over time. Really like the concept, well-executed.
Apr 7 11:00:59 6h 24m Ghost Chase! ♥ 1 Cool game, I especially liked the atmosphere. It got a little repetitive, might be nice to have some more interaction with the environment, poltergeists, that kind of thing. I ran it in Linux using wine which was a bit glitchy, a native Linux build would be really nice. The audio / ambience was really nicely done, good job :)
Apr 7 12:22:00 1h 21m Feed'em all ♥ 2 Fun and really clever concept. Small nitpick: it was a little hard to tell at a glance which tower shoots which food (especially the towers at the back). Nice job :)
Apr 8 04:00:42 15h 38m Mars-O-Tage ♥ 2 Great submission! Impressed with the amount of work in such a short timeframe. A single playthrough did drag on a little bit - the gameplay could use a bit more variety or risk imo, e.g. different types of bots, more of a penalty for getting caught. That said, I had fun and did play for a while. Nice job :)
Apr 8 04:05:23 4m 41s Five Knights in France ♥ 1 Impressive, especially the overall atmosphere. The art and music went very well together. I agree with some of the other comments re: the gameplay being a little repetitive (I spent longer walking around than I would have liked) - maybe a smaller level or some added challenge / obstacle to finding the ingredients to make it more interesting? Small nitpick though, this is one of the jam games I've played that I'd really like to see expanded. Nice job :)
Apr 8 10:12:24 6h 07m RISR ♥ 1 Great concept, and very original! Almost a realistic portrayal of our future. I think though that corporations will just deliver shocks via compliance implants if we don't wake up in time for work. Re gameplay, the only issue as per your disclaimer is certain combinations of keys were not detected. I wonder also if having the symbols/letters visible on the keys would be better. Nice presentation - clean visuals and art. Nice work :)
