| Apr 21 18:27:57 | Alien Inquisitor | ♥ 1 | I liked how new stats became available as your communication improved, but as others said it became a little easy to find out which options where positive and just click those over and over. Cool idea, keep it up! | |
| Apr 21 18:56:56 | 28m 59s | to Leave | ♥ 1 | Definitely took me a couple minutes to understand that the first stage didn't involve just the watery platforms, but once I understood what was happening I really loved it. When the right tracks combine it genuinely made me smile. Brilliant music, great concept, simple and clean execution. |
| Apr 21 19:10:44 | 13m 48s | Trending Beasts | ♥ 1 | Interesting concept but definitely needed some more gameplay options, and some risk/reward choices. It seemed like any time I clicked my popularity would always go up so there wasn't much to think about. |
| Apr 21 19:31:52 | 21m 08s | Keep It Undead | ♥ 3 | Nice simplistic art style, makes everything very easy to parse as you play. The multi select is a game changer. Having the characters wander off in a random direction after they reach their destination was a bit frustrating but if they didn't then maybe it would be a bit too easy? Overall nice work! |
| Apr 21 19:54:37 | 22m 45s | May2020-Attack Of The Karens | ♥ 6 | A joyous experience that really challenged my perception of the media |
| Apr 21 20:06:57 | 12m 20s | Cacophony: The Ballad of the Celestial Goblin-King | ♥ 1 | I had no idea I had a sword for ages! Once I equipped it the game made a lot more sense. Looks like there's a good balance of combat and resource management, a nice range of enemies, levels and background art, but some smoother movement or animation would've gone a long way. |
| Apr 21 21:11:57 | 1h 05m | Ice Light | ♥ 2 | Really nice subtle lighting effects which I appreciate. |
| Apr 23 18:26:37 | 45h 14m | Its Adventure | ♥ 0 | I really like the concept and its very well scoped for the time frame. I also now know that my vocabulary is rather limited when it comes to 'it' words. I like the restriction of only being able to use a word once, I ended up finding some pixel perfect ways to bridge a gap with the word I already had so not to waste another, and moving while holding the stomps up with the mouse felt really good. Unfortunately I got stuck on one of the levels where it seemed like the screen should have moved to another panel, or just moved along with my character, bit it didn't so I wasn't able to see where I was going :/ The level with spikes in the center, 3 stops along the top and a 4th just on the right side transitioning to the next room. |
| Apr 23 18:57:28 | 30m 51s | Gaia - Keep It Alive | ♥ 1 | I kept it alive! Really cool, performance was a little low but I've got a good machine so I assume the browser's resources are artificially restricted somehow. It did devolve into just spamming hot or cold stuff fairly quickly so the last 1500 years were very repetitive. With a few more properties for you to control it could be a really interesting little experience :) |
| Apr 23 19:36:48 | 39m 20s | SheepShot | ♥ 0 | Honestly it's a pretty good aim trainer style game, the theme makes it more interesting than just shooting a target. Audio on the gun was piercing, but the art and aesthetic was pretty nice! |
| Apr 23 19:54:21 | 17m 33s | Together | ♥ 2 | The writing was a little on the nose, I'm pretty sure more people would pick none of the bad options every time to it loses any sense of realism, but there's genuinely some nice stuff done on the gameplay side. I really liked the time slowing on the second silence especially, would've been a lot more powerful if there wasn't text directly underneath it explaining what was happening! Maybe if the time slowed down gradually over the 30 seconds the player would naturally feel the tension instead. Seems like a lot of work done in a weekend, well done! |
| Apr 23 20:36:55 | 42m 34s | Heartbreaking | ♥ 0 | Really nice mechanic well executed in the time! Always love seeing Gamemaker games in the mix. Really enjoyed playing it. |
| Apr 23 20:47:41 | 10m 46s | The Last Flower | ♥ 2 | Enjoyed it, the difficulty scaled pretty quickly which made it fun to pick it up! Keep on making :) |
| May 9 14:56:48 | 378h 09m | My First LD - Choosy! | ♥ 1 | Really nice scope, simple and well executed! I enjoyed it :) |
