Apr 21 07:06:17 Remember, Apollo ♥ 2 I enjoyed how used the gameplay to tell the story. The limited palette was smart move and I felt it was overall well executed. Congratulations!
Apr 21 07:46:22 40m 05s Last Hope ♥ 1 Great job. Got the good ending. I loved to see the scenery change as the enemy attacked. Nicely done! Definitely smart choices to go for silhouettes for the art.
Apr 21 10:33:26 2h 47m Keep It, Alive' ♥ 1 Score: 1334 ✌️ I didn't quite get why there were Zombies but hey, they make for good enemies. Took me a bit to figure out how the shooting works - might be due to me playing on touchpad. Congrats on finishing!
Apr 21 10:43:11 9m 45s Weeble's Tower ♥ 0 The link to your game unfortunately doesn't work and I couldn't find the game on your itch.io profile. Maybe you haven't published (=made public) the game page yet?
Apr 21 10:55:10 11m 59s Efi ♥ 1 Funky ❀️ Loved the music. It felt like the game was somewhat inspired by APE OUT (mainly induced by the music I guess). I enjoyed the sketchy-line effect. The gameplay was enjoyable and overall the game felt fun and challenging.
Apr 21 11:04:43 9m 33s HARD IMPACT ♥ 1 Felt like I was playing a synthwave album cover πŸ‘ Movement was definitely a bit of a challenge at times.
Apr 21 12:20:22 1h 15m Dreadful Sanity - A Ludum Dare Game Jam Game ♥ 1 Got really engaged playing this. This was the first horror take on the theme πŸ‘ and it had quite a few cool moments. The music was simple but added a lot to the horror mood! Font choice was good for the title, but I had trouble reading it sometimes. The graphics were at times a bit too dark to read well and the pixelart unfortunately got blurred. A Unity tip: you can control this via the import and filtering settings for your 2d sprites; filtering would have to be set to No filtering/Point filter to make sure the graphics stay crisp. Congrats on finishing and thanks for making this!
Apr 21 18:50:02 6h 29m Crackles ♥ 3 Good mood. After multiple runs my best time is 03:12. I've wandered these frozen planes for what feels like ages, keeping that flame alive with tiny leaves or branches that really only last for so long. It does a good job of capturing the feeling of a dire situation, of holding on to the tiniest thing; a struggle to *keep it alive*. Good job.
Apr 21 19:05:34 15m 32s Rabbit Guillotine ♥ 0 Retrying was pretty punishing, having to sit through the dialog again. However, the take on the theme was really funny and made me smile πŸ‘ Good job!
Apr 21 19:56:14 50m 40s Woodpunk ♥ 1 The art was so good and only topped by the amazing music. The individual elements of the game were fine I think, I just had issues with the size of the world and how the systems interlocked at times. But the level of polish blew me away. Good job!
Apr 21 20:25:28 29m 14s Bard: Keep the Story Alive ♥ 1 Fantastic and very effective job. Such a great interpretation of the theme. I was surprised how the stories came to life based on the (random) word combination in the verses. Once I realized that the audience grew, that really was a big motivation boost for my aspiring bard. 🎢
Apr 22 04:20:11 7h 54m Dino spin ♥ 3 This was really well done. It was pretty challenging to figure out how to move the egg just how I wanted to (I didn't manage haha) but it was just soo satisfying to finally "land" it πŸ˜† Congrats!
Apr 22 04:32:01 11m 50s Life is Hard, and then You Buy a Cactus ♥ 2 I felt really bad for the bunny whenever they had to work! Good job overall! <3
Apr 22 06:53:26 2h 21m Faire L'Amour aux Plantes ♥ 2 I enjoyed the closeups when *going in for the smooch* πŸ’‹
Apr 22 14:51:31 7h 58m El BurritΓ³n ♥ 4 Once I figured out what each individual element wanted me to do it was quite fun to aim for as high a score as possible. I served the amazing number of **2** (in words "two") burritos! Everything was well made, I just felt that the UI / font choice could've gotten more love as it didn't feel on par with the rest of the game. Good stuff!
Apr 22 19:05:14 4h 13m Tumble Baby ♥ 1 Awesome job πŸ’•
Apr 23 06:54:47 11h 49m Untitled Plant Game ♥ 2 I loved the moment the music changed. It started out as such a cute thing and then took such a dark turn :O Really good job on the music. The graphics were _just right_! Really good job
Apr 24 11:27:07 28h 32m Torchbearer of Love and Passion or something ♥ 1 I liked the narrator's texts. For sure the funniest (and most humorous) entry I've seen thus far. What's the deal with the queen? She's like everywhere O_O
Apr 25 06:37:45 19h 10m Solais ♥ 0 It's fantastic. I enjoyed this very much.
Apr 25 12:42:06 6h 04m FlowerWay ♥ 0 Quite an interesting mechanic... it definitely got me thinking and RE-thinking my approach. There were a couple of stages of realization: 1) Drawing does not make the ball go automatically 2) I can draw below the ball 3) Whenever I release, the ball is released - I might have to work with momentum 4) The flowers stay in place (=i can build something) I feel like there's an interesting mix of strategic thinking and (performance) skill involved in the game. I like it1 Thing is, right now, I think it's too hard. A couple of easier and shorter levels would've benefited the game and really get players into it quicker. Right now it feels like a vertical slice and has quite the steep learning curve.
Apr 25 13:11:50 29m 44s Lay Down Your Roots ♥ 1 Good stuff! Elegantly designed idle game that wasn't punishing so I could enjoy it. Well done!
Apr 25 14:46:47 1h 34m Keep the Heart Alive ♥ 1 I really liked the visual finish of the body in the background so I was a little disappointed in the contrast between that and the player character and enemies. I don't feel like they go well together visually. That being said, the stark color-contrast works for readability. Again the background art really spoke to me! In terms of gameplay I had some issues with the vertical controls. The moving heart added interesting variation on gameplay and I chuckled every now and again when I found myself trying to keep the heart within an arm or leg πŸ˜
