| Oct 7 22:40:32 | Dreamscaping | ♥ 1 | Had a really good time playing it. I especially loved how the music changes based on the dreams/nightmares you create. See me playing here: https://youtu.be/eOq1wb0j7d0 ~~(argh, used the wrong cover, and now it's cached. Should update to the correct cover any minute)~~ it updated | |
| Oct 9 22:53:24 | 48h 12m | Cloud Boy | ♥ 1 | Loved the movement, animations and wacky sound effects. The shadows in the light splotches where a really nice touch. I did not manage to beat levels 6,8 or 9, though. Quite a lot of awesome content, but those levels where just too difficult/long for me. See me struggling here: https://youtu.be/9pA8LjRky3c |
| Oct 10 17:55:02 | 19h 01m | Snake Sokoban Spiral | ♥ 1 | I absolutely loved this one. Quite the brain teaser, really awesome feeling when you get it. Took me a while to really figure out what the Q and E keys do. See me failing to see the obvious solution here: https://youtu.be/9L0nMu94KKA |
| Oct 12 16:41:55 | 46h 46m | Monolith | ♥ 2 | I am going to drop a small hint here for others. Start it again, use Continue. |
| Oct 15 19:19:19 | 74h 37m | factorAway | ♥ 1 | Placing the blocks and connecting the individual pieces felt great. I think the only thing it is missing are a couple components with multiple inputs to increase complexity. See me escaping the cube of nothing here: https://youtu.be/q3A_QUbA22o |
| Oct 15 19:46:44 | 27m 25s | Geary Grinder | ♥ 1 | I had a lot of fun with this. The ambient noises/music really rounds it all out. I think a killer feature would be moving fears/splitters without deleting and re-creating them. See me trying to calculate fractions in my head here: https://youtu.be/-CEIl-txtyI |
| Oct 15 20:09:35 | 22m 51s | Blank Spaces INC. | ♥ 1 | Thanks for reminding me to drink water. The writing was really good. Funny and yet mysterious. I want to know more about this organization that aims to undo creation. See me flailing and giggling here: https://youtu.be/DmeHAnTZxis |
| Oct 16 21:21:04 | 25h 11m | Leverage | ♥ 1 | The execution and polish are amazing. The gameplay just feels great. My only beef is that I was unable to keep track of all enemies just with the mini map, especially since I mostly had no idea where each one was trying to go, they seemed to choose a lever at random. But maybe that's just me sucking at the game 😅 . See me failing here: https://youtu.be/pwZXouM-cyI |
| Oct 16 21:44:22 | 23m 18s | Cell Defense | ♥ 1 | The core Gameplay is solid and a lot of fun. I did not actually get into the different enemy types since I managed to get rid of them all basically the same way - aka squish them with my white blood cell. The walls and canons were interesting, but I did not actually need them. I like making a specific upgrade the goal, makes the player prioritize between saving up for the goal and buying upgrades. I found only one ending. See me sloshing around the white blood cell here: https://youtu.be/hQ0s1gU3lQ4 |
| Oct 23 22:34:16 | 168h 49m | Candy Bravery | ♥ 2 | This was amazingly awesome. Please rate some more games so you can get a rating displayed! See me scaring other kids and trying to pronounce french names here: https://youtu.be/PNEfZPIAX3o |
| Oct 24 19:09:42 | 20h 35m | Unstable Dungeon | ♥ 1 | The moment to moment gameplay feels really good. The boss was challenging but beatable. My only critique would be that the grind is real. Even when getting a full inventory, you can not buy enough upgrades for them to actually have an effect. I don't think the layered upgrades add to the game, immediate upgrades provide better player feedback and are much more satisfying. See me wacking bugs here: https://youtu.be/pa7iZ-z79Po |
| Oct 24 19:18:00 | 8m 18s | Baryon Asymmetry | ♥ 1 | This was hilarious, even if just a tiny bit inaccurate 😉 . See me smashing particles here: https://youtu.be/5YQTWGsYBJw |
| Oct 24 19:40:05 | 22m 05s | Nun in the Chamber | ♥ 1 | Pretty difficult, but also rewarding once you manage to beat it. The enemies all clumping AND running away from me was pretty annoying. Maybe make an easier enemy that does not run away, so it can be easily killed and add a 'keep distance from other enemies' component to their AI (literally 'if to close, add vector away from enemy to movement direction' does wonders). See me dying over and over here: https://youtu.be/-Zqkp3UVsFE |
| Oct 24 23:26:19 | 3h 46m | In the beginning there was NOTHING. | ♥ 0 | I absolutely love the general concept. The execution was very solid and the sound track is just awesome. The entire theming around pipeworks works really well. There are 2 pieces you can improve, though. The first is that it was very easy to create letters/words that can never reach a combination point at the same time. There are 2 ways to solve this, either the combination point can hold on to a word for a bit or you add the ability to speed-up or slow-down a segment. The second was that it took me pretty long until I made progress in understanding it. Maybe add actual tasks, not only achievements. And make some tasks that actually build on each other.
