Aside from some of the technical issues which happen with everyone, issues my recommendation is clearer focus on what to do since I had no idea what to do (Maybe its just me). However I do think the main issue is clarity, I honestly didn't know how what I was doing affected the game, a small text blurb could work or better yet maybe showing an example at the beginning. But its nice that you gave the audio a personal touch. |

I don't think that it is a perfect fit with the theme, but it works well enough in that regard. Aside from visual feedback which is normal not to have enough time to add in a game jam π I do think that the audio is a bit irritating to listen to, but I do understand what yo were going for but still wanted to mention it. Other than that this is probably one of my favorite submissions great work! π |

But I just wanted to say that this game is amazing and one of if not the best I've played this LD. Amazing idea and execution. Art, audio all meld extremely well, and the difficulty curve is near perfect. Truly exceptional, I wouldn't have even guessed that its was made in a game jam. I feel like I need to leave some constructive criticism because I would love for this to get even better. Only small gripe which might be intentional is that there are no audio cues when you almost lose or at milestones such as unlocking new building. Some more visual flair could help improve this amazing game even further. |
