Aug 15 07:47:36 Encroaching ♥ 1 I really like the concept of this game, well done ! The ambient sounds really create an atmosphere of anticipation, as would be the case in a forest with hunters. The controls at times are a bit heavy, but nothing game breaking. I would add a line renderer or an effect to show the player where he just came from, or give an indication where hunters are. All in all , well done !
Aug 15 08:26:28 38m 52s WearOut ♥ 0 Great entry, thank you for that ! I am glad I came to read the comments first and I knew about the mouse buttons though. Interesting game and very solid for a first jam !
Aug 15 08:31:11 4m 43s Hyper Space Man ♥ 2 Nice entry, it makes me glad seeing a retro-style game, I love those. I love the irony , running out of "SPACE". The audio fits the theme, a nice casual game to play for sure. Well done !
Aug 15 08:39:38 8m 27s Beat These Games! ♥ 1 James what the hell... No way you pulled this one off on your own, I am sure you had that "new dad" energy ;) VERY well done, absolutely love it. It just all fits together ! If this one isn't a top contender, then I don't know either ;) Thank you for the jem !
Aug 15 08:52:47 13m 09s Personal Space ♥ 2 I like this game ! Enjoyable and seemingly VR ready ;) As a person suffering from anxiety attacks I can attest that the nervosity is spot on ! I love the footsteps, really nice touch to make the game a bit lighter. Only thing I would suggest is adding some audio tracks and party lights (I know, this is a jam ... so no worries !) Thanks for the entry !
Aug 15 09:16:58 24m 11s Grid Locked ♥ 0 Hey ! Great simple game, perfect use of the theme. Very well done but I have 3 small remarks / suggestions. 1. I would not use flat sprites for the enemies. The shadows they generate are pretty confusing and distracting... 2. I would make sure the player can not fall down along with a platform after being hit, especially if you would want to make the platforms a health indicator. You could for example do a simple downward raycast from the player and exclude that platform from your randomisation code to make it fall ! 3. A leaderboard could be a nice add-on here ! All in all, great idea using very basic concepts (I even think this would make a great tutorial game for Unity)
Aug 15 09:26:09 9m 11s Save the sheep ♥ 3 Cool little game ! Would have been more challenging if there were randomized directions etc. But very well done, I enjoyed it ! Thank you for the entry. I love the detail with dead trees behind the roller. The only obvious thing I would change in terms of graphics is to make the bulldozer bigger, having it come closer as well, it would seem more menacing ! But well done !
Aug 15 12:16:12 2h 50m Running out of Graves ♥ 0 Nice game ! Actually was pretty challenging, took me a while to get into it but it is awesome. Well done !
Aug 15 12:31:16 15m 04s Honest Dan's Clutteral Damage ♥ 1 Despite the "pending" features, I'd say this is still a fun little quirky game ! Seems like another Honest Dan's classic. I love your style of pixel art and the music is exceptional (it's sticking in my head). Sure some animations would be nice, but that's putting the cherry on the cake! Well done buddy. I'll be sure to play this again if/when you finish this one.
Aug 15 14:17:26 1h 46m Save Me A Seat ♥ 1 This is a really solid entry ! Amazing. I love the typing mechanics and you managed to find something super original that fits the theme. Simple yet snappy, I was laughing so hard. Also, the south park walking style is the cherry on the pie ! :D
Aug 17 11:16:40 44h 59m Beyond Closed Doors ♥ 1 I enjoyed the game, simple but effective. I see how the theme comes in play and I haven't seen many similar games despite the obvious mechanics. Controls are responsive, the game just feels good. Well done !
