Aug 14 23:54:54 Introvert vs. Extrovert ♥ 1 I really like a asymmetric multiplayer and made me glad that you guys attempted to give a shot to such a difficult to perfect kind of gameplay. The visual aesthetics are awesome and facilitate the visualization of the main characters. The music is uplifting (I wonder which tool you guys used to create). The idea was fun and well done, as well. I have two problems playing the game: 1) the tutorial wasn't in the game itself (that is not self-explanatory) and 2) my keyboard layout is other than the showed in the main screen and I have to do some testings to play with player 2. The game is a nice addition to the Ludum Dare, and a fun one as well. Congrats to the Dev :)
Aug 15 00:09:58 15m 04s Will Survive ♥ 3 Firstly I must I am impressed by the quality of graphics and sounds. Both are aesthetic and gorgeous. Super well done! The gameplay is simple and crystal clear, very easy t o follow. I miss a better UI to situate the player in game (the timer could be hours with "am" to keep extra clear of what it's stands for) and to control the experience (like a pause, a jump cutscene and a exit buttons). Nevertheless, your game is fantastic and beautiful to just be in. Great work and I'm curious to look out for more games from you guys. Keep the good work! :)
Aug 15 00:23:28 13m 30s Darkest Shade Of Night ♥ 3 This game look gourgeous! I really like the art, music, effects and overall ambiance. Is a kinda of nerve wracking experience to run around multiple places that are constantly dying... and, yes, when they scream for the first time I did a little jumpscare. That said, the mood is great and the game is pretty much straight forward to how to play it. I appreciated very much the care with the UX experience, giving control of the volume and giving a clear instructions how to play it in-game. It is a great addition to the Ludum Dare challenge we been through this weekend. Congrats to all involved in the process and I look forward to see more of your games :D
Aug 15 00:39:07 15m 39s The Last Data ♥ 2 This game has a nice introduction (Windows XP), that as made in a humorous and awesome manner. I REALLY like the intro and first "escape the corruption" sequence, because it was so well made, synchronizing the gorgeous (and very stylized) art and the very very superb music. I missed a in-game introduction to "how to play" (if there is any, I missed it entirely) and this keep me a little confuse. I simple couldn't pass the third level of the game, the first one with two corruption points spreading. I don't know if was a problem with optimization and/or my potato computer, but I couldn't play much longer than that... unfortunately :( BUT my compliments are still intact. Great art, great music, great vibes. I only wish my Data could run a little faster in my notebook. I wish to look up more games of you guys, because your great sense of humor and artistic production. Keep the good work ;)
Aug 15 18:36:40 17h 57m Blocks ♥ 1 Nice and clean concept. The gameplay it's pretty straight forward and a nice "time killer". I'm amazed that was done in only 5 hours. As @coldfire83 pointed out, I suffer from 1 as well and began to wonder if was intentional. And adding to the 2, I also think that the speed of falling blocks is a little to speedy. I think that would be better to progressively increase the speed I cool concept to apply in this game. But a nice game, indeed! Simple and fun
Aug 15 18:46:35 9m 55s XORN: The Fallen God ♥ 2 Visually it's a gorgeous game and pretty polished to a 72 hours game. So congrats on that! I think it attend the proposal of the Ludum Dare and have a potentially addictive mechanic. My main problems were: 1) the overall guidance of how to play the game, there's no place in-game that explain the mechanics; 2) the UI feedback on how much life remaining you got, I couldn't understand if I super good or in the brink of death. But is a awesome idea of an addictive arcade game and a great (and well polished) entry game to this Ludum Dare. Great work!
Aug 15 18:56:39 10m 04s Polar Bear Ballads ♥ 1 One of the funnier ideas on this Ludum Dare. Simple mechanic, simple gameplay and simple chance to save a polar bear of total annihilation by climate change... that all will perish someday, if things keep the same in our planet (damn you, fossil fuels!). I had a little of a instability on my notebook running the game, but I think that happens perhaps by the way you manage the glaciers. Nothing that spoiled the fun, not at all. My only objective point to change was the color of the polar bear, in the beginning is kind of a glimpse of a bear in all the whitish environment. I would consider giving a more distinct shade of gray to both the bear and the ice, to facilitate the player enjoyment. Enough said, GREAT entry to the Jam!
Aug 15 19:09:07 12m 28s Malware Busters ♥ 2 Good game mechanics, but a little to hard already in the first seconds. Visually the game is gorgeous and you should be very proud! I had a little of problems with stability in my potato notebook, but don't think that ruin the experience. I really liked the concept and the fells of "Osmosis Jones" in the computer. Really well done :)
