Aug 20 08:52:19 Just Balloon: Move or Lose edition 3 ♥ 1 Fun game, but a tad too difficult, highest score I got was 10. I really liked the graphics, very cute and charming.
Aug 20 09:16:42 24m 23s Hot News, Good News ♥ 1 This was a fun and relaxing game, though it did eventually get a bit repetitive. I liked the soothing music and the humor in the newspaper articles. I would have preferred some visual indication of whether or not an article had been glued to the paper, sometimes I thought I had glued them on and got confused as I could not pick up a new article. Overall, great job!
Aug 20 09:42:19 25m 37s She is helmet ♥ 1 Very fun game, the cloning was a very cool idea and it worked well. Great graphics and music as well.
Aug 20 10:12:50 30m 31s CubiCo ♥ 2 Great job designing the puzzles, not too difficult but they did make you think. The music fit well for a puzzle game and the graphics did give me a retro-vibe. Great job overall!
Aug 20 11:46:58 1h 34m Crucifix and Tentacle ♥ 1 Great game, a tad difficult but very fun, great graphics and mood.
Aug 20 13:14:01 1h 27m Drying Up ♥ 0 Great job on the graphics, though the level was a bit too dark some places. The movement took some getting used to, it wasn't bad when I got used to it, though I would have preferred to have a button to accelerate. It would also have been cool if I could press a button to rotate the camera to look around without moving the fish. The mood in this game could have been great if you'd had a fitting music track.
Aug 20 14:04:48 50m 47s Blaze From Outer Space ♥ 1 Love the retro art style, combined with the music it created a very nice mood for this game. I would have preferred some more hints about what items to combine, the puzzles weren't the most logical so I ended up trying everything with everything. Overall, great job!
Aug 20 15:36:42 1h 31m Tales Of Steel And Mana: Empire's Birth ♥ 3 Cool game, I liked the music and the art was very nice. The gameplay is simple, but I liked it as well, though I would have preferred if it was a bit more difficult, none of my party members got close to dying. Balancing difficulty is always hard under the time constraints though, and I agree with you that its better to make it a bit too easy than too hard. Overall this felt like a very polished game, great job!
Aug 23 09:33:23 65h 56m Zombies Hate Fire... ♥ 0 I liked the shooting mechanic, it was satisfying to shoot the zombies when the arrows stuck to them. Considering the amount of zombies I would have preferred if I had some alternate methods to kill them, like traps or explosives. Alternatively if there were far fewer zombies, but they moved a bit faster so each zombie was more dangerous. Regarding the graphics, you did a good job with the 3d models and animations, its a pity you didn't have time to add more textures, even with just simple colors the game could have looked pretty good.
Aug 24 08:58:57 23h 25m W a l l i f o r n i c a t i o n ♥ 1 Very good game, a little frustrating at times but its a cool puzzle mechanic with well designed levels. The main feedback I'm missing is that I wish I knew before left clicking if I will survive hitting the wall, currently I have to guess based on the distance and thats not easy, it takes a lot of trial and error to learn that. You could for example change the color of the arrow depending on an estimate of whether you will survive whatever you're colliding with next. It'd make the game a fair bit easier, but the fun part of this game is planning several moves ahead and guessing the movement of the enemies, dying from crashing into the wall is just frustrating. The game looks good even though the graphics are simple, the music is catchy, overall this feels very polished, great job!
Sep 1 11:26:49 194h 27m Got A Light? ♥ 0 The main menu was beautiful, overall great job on graphics, though I felt the forest was a bit too dark, you could maybe have added some more ambient light sources around the forest to add to the mood, and maybe some image effects(like bloom). Graphics combined with the sound effects also created a very nice mood for this game. The gameplay, to be honest, was a bit boring for me. Without a map or any waypoints to follow I ended up just walking in random directions hoping I'd eventually bump into the goal. I wish reducing insanity was based on some problem solving or something skill-based, it currently feels entirely luck-based. It's also annoying not having any tools or abilities to take care of the red mushrooms chasing you. Overall this was a cool and ambitious game idea, good job!
Sep 1 15:55:12 4h 28m Bityville ♥ 2 Very nice and polished game, I like the art style and the music was chill. Some more instructions about how the game works would be nice, its not very hard to figure out but in the beginning you have to guess a bit, which is not ideal in building games where you usually have to plan far ahead. What I think could make the gameplay more interesting was if you were given missions with gradually increasing difficulty, currently it felt a bit too easy for me and it didn't feel like my choices mattered much. Overall this is a very solid game, great job!
