Nice game bro Check my game also
Very nice and polished game, I like the art style and the music was chill. Some more instructions about how the game works would be nice, its not very hard to figure out but in the beginning you have to guess a bit, which is not ideal in building games where you usually have to plan far ahead.
What I think could make the gameplay more interesting was if you were given missions with gradually increasing difficulty, currently it felt a bit too easy for me and it didn't feel like my choices mattered much.
Overall this is a very solid game, great job!
A nice, relaxing city-builder with a simple retro aesthetic. I like it. It's not particularly deep or challenging, though - once you start placing Offices you earn money so fast that the limited building space stops being a problem because you can just upgrade everything. I'd like to see a bit more variety, in terms of both buildings and scenarios, and perhaps slow down the rate at which time passes so you're not earning money so quickly. Still pretty good for 48 hours' work, though.
I really (really) like the minimalistic visuals along with the friendly difficulty of the game. Makes for more of a sandbox style "cultivate this garden how you want to" type of game. Throw in some more gameplay hooks or objectives and I could see myself playing this a whole lot.
Great art style, it really fits the game with the sounds and all the design work. Just needs more objectives and stuff to do. If you work a little more on that, i'm pretty sure you can try putting that on Steam. Great Game =D. 'Also, check my game, please o/'.
nice game... really like music and effects. how i can or why i can't destroy road?
Really enjoyed this little thing, a good solid entry. It would have been good to see more authored content in there as I reached the goal of 100 citizens pretty quickly. I know just like with my game, the time might have not been there anyway to get that in. Other than that I cant fault it. Fun and engaging
@rs11s21n In the current engine, you cannot destroy a road if there is a building, or two or more roads adjacent. I think I could improve the logic a bit. For the compo, I just went with the simpler, bugless system. Thanks for the play
Nice! I like the vibe and the minimal style. Not much challenge to it but it was still fun. I appreciated the hotkeys as well, that made the game feel a lot better than just clicking around. This could be a solid city sim with some more mechanics (ex - traffic, ie some reason not to just place roads to maximize available space) but it's also just a cool little sandbox as is. Nice work!
Awesome game! my record 202 days till 100, im still trying to figure out how to do it quicker
Interesting aesthetic for an unusual gameplay. Currently it felt a bit too easy for me. However you did a solid entry. I have fun playing. Thank you. Bravo ++
It may be easy, but I haven't found a dominant strategy yet to get there quick (current record is 177 days), so that's good :-) The player needs to mix it up a bit, as only building apartments nets you no money, but if you only build offices at first, your population will take too long to build up.
I'm experimenting a bit with parks and taxes, but I'm not sure how parks or taxes influences the rate of people moving into your city (it seems it does a bit?) It doesn't seem to be explained anywhere.
Also, when you upgrade a building fully, the park behind it becomes hard to see. It's (probably?) upgraded when you click on the parks general vicinity (because I can hear the sound), but you don't see the green color of 'upgradable' anymore.
Nice aestethic choice as well. It does make it very hard to see which building is an office, and which an appartment though.
Music is nice enough, and I've got no complaints about the controls :-)
ETA: Oh, almost forgot one criticism: The only adjacency thing you have going on right now is w.r.t. the roads. As in; it doesn't matter _where_ you build a park, as long as it's build. (But this is a very small issue...)
_( I only refer to my own game in feedback when I find a game that has some connection to mine, but a city-puzzler with isometric perspective and a pun in the title relating to urbanization hits very close to home :-) )_
