| Apr 29 03:07:00 | Path | very cool idea | |
| Apr 29 04:18:00 | 1h 11m | Arco | Yay you used Tau! |
| Apr 29 20:23:00 | 16h 05m | fightfightfight | Wow, so many 80 hour RPGs are basically this game if you remove the graphics, fighting mechanics, and story. It makes me feel like I wasted an epic amount of time playing JRPGs where I didn't find the story compelling. I like the three word repetition theme and the music is perfect for RPGs. The square format is fun and makes the game feel small. I was shocked to see the right click menu was so extensive. Awesome game! |
| Apr 29 20:36:00 | 13m 00s | Octopia | web link is down, ld26.pauljoannon.com and pauljoannon.com does not resolve to any IP |
| Apr 29 21:29:00 | 53m 00s | Rex Galaxy and the SpaceSkull | Now _that's_ a retro game. |
| Apr 29 21:37:00 | 8m 00s | Another Day In The Life | This would help tremendously with the controls:

void Update()
{
if (true == Input.GetKeyUp(KeyCode.Mouse0)) {
Screen.lockCursor = true;
}
if (true == Input.GetKeyUp(KeyCode.Escape)) {
Screen.lockCursor = false;
Screen.showCursor = true;
}
}

Nice modeling! |
| Apr 29 23:39:00 | 2h 02m | Cobalism | To distribute, include the dlls that are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Love\ inside the zip file that contains the exe you made. https://www.love2d.org/wiki/Game_Distribution |
| Apr 30 06:27:00 | 6h 48m | Loki | Wouldn't run on Windows 7 64 bit AMD. Command line error:

Uncaught exception - load.c(232) : Failed to load library std.ndll

There is a dll called std.dll but not one called std.ndll. |
| Apr 30 07:13:00 | 46m 00s | LOOP | The controls were amazing. Landing on things felt very birdlike. Fantastic mood. |
| Apr 30 08:39:00 | 1h 26m | XYZ | Love all the effects including the depth of field, and vignetting. The mood is fantastic. Simple but challenging. Feels like a finished product. |
| May 1 02:31:00 | 17h 52m | Qat Beats | Can't download, zippy share is full of viruses and social engineering hacks, every "download" button I clicked opened up a virus laden stream of spam windows. So I didn't rate. Please upload to something like dropbox or google drive. |
| May 1 02:45:00 | 14m 00s | The Side Factor | Wow this is great. It's a complete game that people could really get into the strategy. The graphics are great. Toward the end I found out you can amplify your beam by shooting through your own guys. Amazing! |
| May 1 03:02:00 | 17m 00s | Escape the Minimalism | Nice way to rebel against the theme, but still apply it. Great job making it feel much better in the non-minimal world. Even though I didn't mind the theme, the minimal world in your game is much worse. |
| May 1 03:40:00 | 38m 00s | The Only Rocketeer | couldn't play, it wanted administrator permissions |
| May 1 03:49:00 | 9m 00s | Bouncy Ball Extreme | Very cool that you designed an unstuck instead of saying too bad you lost. |
| May 1 04:30:00 | 41m 00s | (R,G,B) | Just amazing, great work. |
| May 1 05:09:00 | 39m 00s | Rock Paper RPG | Innovative idea, ha ha. |
| May 1 05:34:00 | 25m 00s | Polymorph | Great work, the narration really added a lot to the mood. |
| May 1 05:47:00 | 13m 00s | Root Route! | Cool game mechanics on yours. Felt like an old Nintendo game but with a fresh idea. |
| May 1 05:48:00 | 1m 00s | Skware | the love file link is broken :( |
| May 1 06:01:00 | 13m 00s | Mondrianism | Beautiful |
| May 1 18:52:00 | 12h 51m | Bladeless | I like how the menu doesn't exist and you just walk away from the title screen. Nice ambiance. |
| May 1 19:03:00 | 11m 00s | Exit | Amazing! One of my favorite LD games so far. Great portal-esque passive-aggressive humor. |
| May 1 19:13:00 | 10m 00s | I Know Nothing | Amazing mood, wonderful original music. Peaceful reflective explorer. |
| May 1 19:21:00 | 8m 00s | All Fall Down | Fantastic mood. |
| May 1 19:46:00 | 25m 00s | Somniphobia | Those are some pretty freaky nightmares. The hand especially. I liked the use of parallax backgrounds, and the title screen was beautiful. The animation could have had some bending at the joints. The controls were a bit clunky. Here's a great video about "juice" that would have helped out the controls and animation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fy0aCDmgnxg Ha ha, not enough time to do everything. Congratulations on finishing LD26! |
| May 1 21:44:00 | 1h 58m | Fragments of Him | Wow. Incredible story. Great music. Amazing modeling, mood, and visuals.

The removal sound was bad. I thought at first it was because it wasn't in the same key as the music. The sound seems to slide from Eb to A but the music was also often hanging around Eb. Maybe if the sound was a piano, or natural instrument instead of a sine wave it would be better. Or maybe if you change the sound to be in F minor like Chopin then it would work better.

Otherwise this is fantastic, so far the highest rated game I've played. |
