Apr 29 10:05:00 The Red Circle Quite depressing actually, but still enjoyable. It would be nice to have more choices, as well as maybe the ability to skip certain audio parts you've heard before - it could make the choices easier to explore.
Apr 29 10:09:00 4m 00s Block Breaker The physics are a bit glitchy, and I found that the timer saying seconds actually went down faster than it was supposed to.
Apr 29 10:16:00 7m 00s ppet -- a random tamagotchi permadeath sim Okay, pretty fun actually :D
I got to level 8 and then my pet stopped evolving. :( I would like to play a post-compo version of this, with stuff like more interactions and activities. :D
Apr 29 10:26:00 10m 00s Escape from the Tower I liked it. I wanted to say that I found it weird that you automatically opened doors next to you thus possibly wasting keys, but I find that it actually makes the game more fun and challenging.

The graphics fit together really nicely and there's quite a bit of content.

I found that in level 4, it's impossible to get all the coins (please do correct me if I'm wrong).
Apr 29 11:03:00 37m 00s My Hair Is On Fire Pretty nice, though being slowed down the more damage you take is not very fun. :( Also, I don't really see what it has to do with the theme.
Apr 29 11:10:00 7m 00s The Vale It has a pretty nice mood, though I found the second level to be way too hard, until I figured out you have a shield. Some in-game pop-ups explaining the charge mechanic would be helpful - that's the only thing that's not straightforward. I liked the style - it perfectly fits the theme!
Apr 29 11:18:00 8m 00s Echidna Okay, the atmosphere was nice, but there isn't much to be done or to see, though...
Apr 29 11:27:00 9m 00s Defense of the corrupted Pixels I liked it, but the pixel controls themselves are a bit confusing at first. Perhaps the first levels could also be smaller, to allow the player to get used to the system a bit better.
Apr 29 11:29:00 2m 00s Skyrim Simplified It's complaining about not being able to find MSVCP110.dll. I've extracted the game to its own folder. I have Windows 7 x64.
Apr 29 11:35:00 6m 00s True treasure of Kartoffelschloss I like the idea of heading TOWARDS minimalism. The platforming controls could be a tad tighter though. And the camera feels a bit laggy. But I liked the graphics and the sound effects. Dein Spiel gefällt mir. :D
Apr 29 11:39:00 4m 00s Robo-Sheriff: Minimalising Crime I like the graphics and the style, but I still don't find the whole experience... minimal. The physics were a tad buggy, but still usable. :D
Apr 29 11:45:00 6m 00s Where is Pixel Pretty straightforward gameplay, I just wish there were more levels. :(
Apr 29 11:53:00 8m 00s BASHLAND - Breakout Mario Mashup Really cute! It felt crisp and breaking the blocks was satisfying! I liked the visuals and the sounds - the ambient music was minimal and complemented the the game nicely. Well done, mr. McFunkypants!
Apr 29 12:00:00 7m 00s Shape Catcher The graphics are lovely but the rest doesn't make that much sense... I like how it's inspired by Pokemon. :D
Apr 29 12:04:00 4m 00s Knightly Knight Cute little game. Though the small window hurt my eyes a bit. :( I liked the gameplay and how I could send the enemies flying as I hit them! :D
Apr 29 14:55:00 2h 51m Line Game This was really fun, and it had a very nice difficulty curve. If also fits the theme very well! The music was a tad annoying, though.
Apr 29 14:59:00 4m 00s Moiety Really lovely feeling! #1 atmosphere so far. Fits the theme perfectly. The only thing maybe missing is some chill background music.
Apr 29 15:07:00 8m 00s Mini Pirates! Woo, I beat it with 55 treasure! Not too shabby. And considering it only took 4 hours, it's pretty darn impressive! Lots of fun! :D
Apr 29 15:19:00 12m 00s (Follow the) Line Gaah, *almost* there. :P Great game, really polished. The difficulty increases slowly, and the game, overall, has a really nice feel.
Apr 29 18:55:00 3h 36m BLoX Nice little game, with an addicting feeling. The thing I would have liked to see is a HUD with your current stats such as lazer upgrade level and armor. I liked it! :D Nice and minimal.
Apr 29 19:01:00 6m 00s [My little game][+ or -] Adorable little console game. And by far the smallest file size EVER at about 3kb. :D
Apr 29 19:31:00 30m 00s Four Scepters Pff, I wouldn't have expected less from the creator of Super Strict Farmer and Beetlefield: The Forecast. Brilliant game, capable of keeping me hooked for a very long time!

Also, I somehow managed to get stuck in the top-right room of the third, level. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, though.

Great job. Don't EVER skip a Ludum Dare. :D
Apr 30 14:33:00 19h 02m ASTEROIDS! (the side-scroller) It's quite fun, but a tad difficult, even after getting used to it. It would be more fun to progress through (shorter) levels, with each being a tad harder than the next.
Apr 30 14:38:00 5m 00s Ballisto No matter how much I tried, I couldn't jump, haha. Great game, nevertheless. A bit too slow for my taste, but still really polished and enjoyable. I would also enjoy being able to press any key to restart a level, without having to reach for the mouse. :D
Apr 30 14:49:00 11m 00s Ad Astra Per Aspera A Dropbox or even Mediafire link could also work.
Apr 30 14:58:00 9m 00s L'Hypnose Interesting game. I enjoyed playing through it. I like the simple but powerful art style.
Apr 30 15:06:00 8m 00s Permanent Destination The creator probably needs to also export the lwjgl dependencies when creating the JAR.
Apr 30 15:17:00 11m 00s Budget Squad Ye gads, this is a great game. Dang! It was so fun to play and polished. I'm looking forward to more LD entries from you! :D Great art, great EVERYTHING! The only thing missing was a cool music track for your timelapse haha.
May 1 19:44:00 28h 27m The Call Oh my god, that was great. I loved it.

It's funny - As I was playing, I kept thinking - "Gah, I have these RPGs where I have to ask about stuff *I* don't know but my character is supposed to know, and the people I'm talking to keep thinking I'm a moron". But then I got to the ending - priceless.
May 2 17:49:00 22h 05m Moondar I managed to get to the third stage, only to insta-spawn in a wall and die (2776 points). :( Other than that, It's a *really* nice game! It feels polished and the gameplay is exciting, if a bit chaotic.

Honestly, the only tip I could think of is the omnipresent UPGRADEZ!1 It would be nice to upgrade you dude and the buggy (better steering, earlier wall warnings, etc.)

The only large issue I can think of is the fact that the gameplay is far from minimal, hehe.
May 2 18:19:00 30m 00s Long Live the King I liked the game - it showed a lot of work for a LD game! :D It had a tad too much grinding, though. I liked the I am error reference. :D The combat system was pretty nicely implemented!
May 2 18:24:00 5m 00s One Space Away I felt that the controls were a bit stiff. I couldn't get past the plane event, despite trying quite a bunch of times. :( I liked the graphics, though! :D
May 2 18:31:00 7m 00s DeaN The animations were great. Sadly, I also encountered the bug that lowered the enemy spawn count dramatically.
May 2 18:52:00 21m 00s 8-Bit? 4-Bit! I found it hilarious how you just spazz out of control and get thrown off-screen when you try to go through a closed door, haha. http://gamedev.tutsplus.com/tutorials/implementation/create-custom-2d-physics-engine-aabb-circle-impulse-resolution/ This is a really useful article for coding physics stuff; I highly recommend it! :D
