| Apr 23 00:50:00 | boing SMASH | Sounded like my kinda game
Played it: my kinda game.
Love the kick mechanic, makes stealing a fix that bit sweeter.
Great concept and fun implementation | |
| Apr 23 00:59:00 | 9m 00s | Tiny Galaxy | Love the idea and the quirky art style.
Not to diminish your ability as a coder, but I'm amazed you pulled this all off within 48 hours.
Nice job |
| Apr 23 14:18:00 | 13h 19m | The Plane Walker | I like the discovery feature of your game and the teleporting, but it is hard to look past the lack of animation and sound, makes the world feel really empty. |
| Apr 23 14:37:00 | 19m 00s | Tiny Eco | I like similations and this is pretty cool, good job :) |
| Apr 23 22:49:00 | 8h 12m | Invaders! | "Probably won't work in IE" I laughed
Pretty fun, though a slow start |
| Apr 23 22:57:00 | 8m 00s | van Leeuwenhoek | wouldn't consider it a game as such, but certainly a very good looking application, was really mesmerised and immersed by it. |
| Apr 23 23:14:00 | 17m 00s | Block Bros | It got boring pretty quickly, I don't understand why it kept saying "the world's too big"?
I gave up when I died and it became impossible to carry on if you die as the boats stay across the water.
I like the effect of walking around the planet though |
| Apr 23 23:43:00 | 29m 00s | Earf Defender | gutted:
Got a snippit of music while the window opened then hit with a message informing me that my implementation of OpenGL wasn't supported :(
don't suppose you could upload a less pretty version? |
| Apr 23 23:57:00 | 14m 00s | Microbe jump | Found it really difficult to calculate the jumps, felt like there needed to be a variation in the power behind a jump plus maybe a different/more of a guide to the jump trajectory.
Loved the concept though and the visuals |
| Apr 24 00:13:00 | 16m 00s | I want to turn the heater on | It was abit vague, but I got to the last room, really enjoyed the concept, very clever. Took a while for me to find the pot though. |
| Apr 24 00:18:00 | 5m 00s | Tiny Maze | thought it was funny that the screen was so 'tiny', but the collision is abit off making it annoying to try and get higher up and therefore get through the maze |
| Apr 24 00:27:00 | 9m 00s | Affinity World | Well done for getting such a deep game within such a short amount of time!
Can't imagine how you pulled it off with all the text and story navigation.
Great job |
| Apr 24 00:40:00 | 13m 00s | TinyBoxes | "if you press space you can shoot yourself" Jesus D:
I couldn't get it to run
I ran the batch file and tried the exe but it says it isn't compatible with my windows, it's not designed for a x64 is it? as mine's x86 |
| Apr 24 00:53:00 | 13m 00s | Michael is Myopic | Really fun concept, loved how the levels zoom out to scale with you |
| Apr 24 01:17:00 | 24m 00s | SUBPIXEL | ah, so that's how my monitor works!
Loved the idea, great take on the theme! |
| Apr 24 01:32:00 | 15m 00s | Sirus the Virus | Addictive game indeed
Love the virus infecting the cell and using that as a mechanic for getting across passages.
Also spot on having infinite lives: encourages continuous play and stops it getting frustrating (or at least less so!)
great job |
| Apr 24 01:47:00 | 15m 00s | Full Circuit | Great game, but brutal if you make a mistake it would be good if you could drag as well as push |
| Apr 24 02:13:00 | 26m 00s | Hoperay | Great, loved the retro feel, from both gameplay and music |
| Apr 25 02:33:00 | 24h 20m | Little City | :O what the hell?
just got weirder and weirder lol
gutted the video didn't work though, said I didn't have one, was ready for a murder movie
great look and sounds
loved the Jam cameo |
| Apr 25 02:37:00 | 4m 00s | River Runner | looks very pretty, but gets hard pretty quick |
| Apr 26 00:19:00 | 21h 42m | My Kid Dropped The Planet | Loved the take on the theme and the humour. Only thing missing is the subtle cries from the inhabitants of the planet |
| Apr 26 00:29:00 | 10m 00s | BioBattle | what's not to love about the mix of the theme and Pokemon.
Very fun, and looks great |
| Apr 26 00:41:00 | 12m 00s | Scorched Earth | Congrats on your first LD
I'm not much of an RTS gamer myself, but for a 48 hour game, this is great |
| Apr 26 00:47:00 | 6m 00s | Microbial | I am green with envy. Great game and entertaining timelapse |
| Apr 26 00:54:00 | 7m 00s | Hummy's Hunger | Pretty fun game, but I don't get why it doesn't just automatically eat the cherries?
I'm a sucker for classic game style music and sfx though ;) |
| Apr 26 00:58:00 | 4m 00s | Pixel MMO | Note rated because I couldn't play it
It didn't appear to respond to my input, and the other players were whizzing around erratically. Although going off what you mentioned, me being in the UK may not help |
| Apr 27 03:31:00 | 26h 33m | All That Are Lost Will Be Found | Jesus, going into that game and starting it up, I had no expectation there'd be a slight horror element to it!
Was genuinely fearful of them creatures, spammed the light like there was no tomorrow!
Took me a while before I realised it wasn't completely gravity based: that you could infact roll up walls, which ended up being a cracking mechanic.
Great game, well done |
| Apr 27 03:38:00 | 7m 00s | Celluloid Combat! | Was more fun once I realised you needed to install the font! |
| Apr 28 03:43:00 | 24h 05m | Lemming Apocalypto | Good concept, though the gameplay needs slight refinement, the change in momentum from jumping and colliding with the evil lemmings makes it seem jerky and unpredictable. The collision was also making it not possible to jump or even move in some cases. Other than that, twas a great game |
