Great use of the theme, a take on this concept I haven't seen before!
Only drawback was lack of initial explaining that there would be different shapes, once I grasped that I realised where the challenge lay! Great concept and execution, had a laugh playing!
I like the retro menu and style and appreciated the inclusion of a tutorial, could've done with a bit more explanation however and I wasn't sure which part of the gameplay related back to the 'sacrifice' theme. Fun wee game though, a good base.
Surprisingly great fun for such a simple concept, the clever map boundaries feel 'realistic' compared to just walls, the mechanics are nicely weighted and the difficulty curve is well judged, good job! Only niggles are some font issues and wasn't clear initially where the 'hitbox' part of the roll lies.
Broken itch.io link as far as I can see!
Agree with the other comments largely, was good fun but the difficulty curve is too strong, stays very easy right up until wave 5 when it becomes ridiculously hard very fast, player doesn't quite have time to adjust their technique to deal with it
