Lovely! Escaping from a red bomb can be thrilling. You should team up with https://www.reddit.com/r/incremental_games/comments/pvaxx4/what_to_do_with_my_game_prototype/

this guy and make a pixel-art masterpiece.

Now I know what my dental hygenist sees :)

-Connection Interrupted- by binary_coder 2021-10-04T00:31:31Z

Great idea, original and fun. With some more ways of interacting, and maybe a story, I would see this as a proper puzzle game. The last level felt pretty difficult, seemed like some of the satellites weren't connecting to the first dish, even with line of sight. Unless the mountain is a blocker?

Brother's House by --ChrisKlein-- 2021-10-04T18:23:13Z

Package your game as a .zip if it needs extra files! , I downloaded just the .exe first and it didn't run properly.

Theme + story fit really well with the gameplay, and the teaser thumbnail is instantly intriguing. I like the music, and how it builds as you loop. On the negative side, the graphics are rough, and collision handling is a bit off - I found myself walking between layers of the floor a lot.

hypeeee!

in terms of feedback, it's a little painful trying to use tank controls with input lag. Might feel better with absolute controls and instant turning. Very cool though, living in the future!

Potion Master Incremental by Meredori 2021-10-04T18:03:28Z

I'm glad to see an incremental! Good proof of concept. Only feedback I have is that the actions feel a bit disconnected from the inventory - I didn't immediately see what was happening when I clicked a button. A lot of incrementals put the gather button next to the resource for that reason, or make the inventory really prominent.

@mickm @listonos I've been working on the game for about a month, and it's forked from SNKRX's codebase. SNKRX is open source and MIT licensed, so I figured it was fair game to build off of. If you don't see it as a jam game that's fine, but I'd love to hear what you think about the controls / characters / difficulty. This is a great opportunity to get feedback from people who know games :)

ecosystem except there is no equilibrium and everyone dies probably by parafactual 2021-10-04T00:59:33Z

This one didn't really do it for me. I bounced off the controls pretty hard. Putting the examples on the same page as the input and slowing down the simulation would go a long way towards making it more understandable. Heroic first commit though!
