Loved watching this team collaborate in seamless unison. They are true professionals who have honed their craft. I was quite impressed with how much they were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. They have two whole levels and a boss too! What a unique concept for the theme and it played out well. They were very deliberate with their design and execution. Such a great job with programming and art combined. It was very inspiring to watch these guys in action. They knew how to take care of business and have a good time doing it as well. Their effortless teamwork transpires over to create an excellent game of high quality. I love their attention to detail. They even made the trees blow which added a nice touch. I love the feeling I get when I play this game and I look forward to seeing how it progresses. Congratulations guys and keep up the good work!

What a great idea! It's so simple it's brilliant. I had so much fun seeing this game come to life. I love everything about it. The art looks great and the gameplay is really fun. I love the music and sound effects done by Mike Jones and Zane Anderson, they really matched the theme so well. I look forward to seeing how this game progresses. Wow! Now this is what I call fun! Not sure what makes it so enjoyable, but I love it! Maybe it is just something about destroying stuff that feels so good. Watching the sun go down really encourages me to play longer, because it gives me the sense that it's doable at the rate it's dropping and to see what happens after it does of course. Excellent job on your game!

Excellent work! The controls handle so smoothly which make it a real pleasure to play. I love the artwork combined with the color composition. The sound is great and really sets the mood for the whole game. I like the attention to detail which adds so much to make the game. I like how everything sways and feels alive. I like how the guy shakes to indicate that the bow is fully charged and ready to go. The bow has a very satisfying feel when fired as well. I like the dash component which is not only a necessary function, but also adds a nice element of fun. I like the play on the theme that really makes you think for a bit. Everything is just very thoughtfully constructed. I know I can also tell when a game is good if I feel an imminent danger and I don't know if I'm going to die or prevail and this game certainly has this intense feeling when I am engaged in battle against the beasts. I just feel like this game is very well balanced in all aspects. Great job on your game guys!
Thank you all for your nice comments and helpful advice. Sorry about the extra download after you click on the Web link. I wasn't sure what to do exactly. I made the correction and I hope it is more clear now. Yes it is pretty short and I'll have to work on expanding it some more in the future.
Hey Alobker - Ludum Dare asks people in a Jam to opt-out of Graphics and Audio if you didn't make them. The program I used had these built into it, so I deselected these categories.
Hey jodizzle - Yes the bar was supposed to be a health bar, but unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to configure it in time. I decided to leave it in though, since it showed some sort of progress at least and it made it look a little better. haha
