Absolutely love the style of the whole game 5 stars for mood easy, both the ominous music and the uncomfortable ambient silence really add to it. The visual style is great too very clear and easy to understand. I have to say though that I didn't really understand why I should keep harvesting crops vs put the fire out or vice versa. I understand the goal is to harvest crops but I didn't feel wildly motivated to do that vs fight the fire which was more fun. Think this has a lot of promise and would love to see a bit more :)
Great game I felt genuine pain every time I hit a cow and it ruined my pace when I was on a hot lap. I thought I discovered a secret Strat where cows wouldn't spawn over crops that are growing but I was painfully proved wrong. Really enjoyed playing I also think you did a great job designing the track, it was fun to navigate around and relatively easy to learn which really helped when it came to trying to go faster. My best time was 1:56.17
It could've ended after the intro and I would've rated it well, great use of music to add comedy to the scenario! The gameplay was really surprising as well I didn't even realise you could go across the road to the other farmers field until they had stolen all my lovely blueberries and planted horrible tomatoes there. Great game <3

Not sure if this is in the spirit of the jam but I have fixed the bug that people have pointed out exists where you can continue playing after the game over screen because it means people could cheat their scores!
So far the highest score I've seen a player get is 53 would love to know how high people can go!
I really loved the way that the narrator communicated everything in ways that related to farming it really helped feel like both the person and the world were real! The twist took me off guard as well and leaves me wanting to to know more about the history of the characters. Very nice :)
