Loved the use of real star systems, very interesting game to play! However, the orbital mechanics feel a little .. incorrect. They seem to almost ignore velocity and mass relative to one another, but it's all excusable as artistic license, this game is glorious :)
Very well done! Loved the colour palette and the audio, gameplay could have done with some work, but this is very nice :D
Overall, one of the best entries I've seen! Great feel, great fun, loved the moral dilemma aspect of it! You can feel it was inspired by Papers Please, honestly amazing stuff :D
Fantastic entry, loved the art style and the animations, Wilhelm scream got a little repetitive but i guess that's the point :P

Spoilers for those who read this:
Deanna and Jacob were in a serious car crash, Jacob got out okay, but Deanna's injuries were more serious. Deanna was left in a coma (in which the game takes place) that doctors thought she would not return from. The letters are what Jacob is saying in the real world to Deanna, and explain the struggles he is going through without her there. The light represents her waking up again, saying Jacob's name.
I wanted to attempt to make a short story in the 48 hours i was given, and i hope i was able to pull it off.

Nice entry! 3D was pretty impressive, however i found the sheer abundance of things a little overwhelming.
The gas mask was a little obtrusive, and i couldn't see as much of the screen as i would have liked.
Didn't see the monster coming and got eaten :P
Fantastic! loved the visual style, and loved the premise!
Gameplay got a little tedious after a while, but i blame that on not being able to see the spikes more than anything :P
Overall, VERY nice :D
