Surf Camp: The Legend of the Surf Ace by GertJohnny 2014-04-29T20:44:00
Hahaha, I like that we got the same idea for a theme ;)
I had a great fun with this game, got me hooked until the end, I like the variety between gameplay. Good job brah!

Very good, had a lot of fun with this one! Got me hooked for a while :)
Good job!
I really like the artwork, good job on that! Good overall game, seems polished as well! :)
I spent the first half a minute just stomping around, great effects! Looks good, feels good, is good!
I really like the artwork, good job on it! Interesting and fun little game, brings back memories of Tremors and Dune!
Great Job! :)
Thanks for the heads up @carrier_signal & @eugman.
The "Bad File Length" issue has been solved, moved the build to a more stable web host. Also has Windows, Mac and Linux versions now available.
Thanks for the amazing comment guys!
Yes, the coins are completely useless (except for the *pling* sound) as we forgot to display how many you got before end of the competition.
I'm going to write a Postmortem soon for more interesting stuff.. Like, did you know that you can fly? Jump out of the water and press spacebar.. a hidden FlappyDolphin feature, because why not. Uncompleted though :\
@BadgerPriest - That's fixed now! Thanks for letting me know!
@romandtom - Good spot, we'll have to fix that for the "High Tide" Post Compo version of the game :D
There's something pleasing about the simplicity and the feel of the controls. Good overall job, got me hooked playing for a good while!
Interesting idea, got the hang of it and manage 2 minutes of happiness. I like the take on the theme and the feel of the game, good subject.
I had a bit of a trouble finding the tunnel at first, but after that it was cool. Would have loved to seen some more gameplay elements, like dodging traps or something, but all in all, good work :)
Was a bit too long with very few variations in gameplay, so I ended up cheating as well, hehe :)
Good job judging by the time frame!
Overall good. The gameplay could have been made a bit more interesting, but the concept and idea I really like. Looks good and sounds good. Good Job :)
Really like the look of it, those pixels are in great shape! ;)
Took a bit to get used to but got the hang of it in the rest. Good overall I'd say. Great Job!
Hehe, A game with the same word play as us, good job :D
I like the animation on Ben, feels good somehow, but the game is a tiny bit too simple. Too quick to master. Good job though :)
Congrats with your first game! :D
Not bad for a first go, was a bit confused in the beginning, but got the hang of it in the rest.
Interesting take on the theme, good graphics and presentation. There was some object I kept missing and there wasn't really any way for me to figure out what that was without just testing a bunch of random stuff because of the delayed feedback.
Impressive judging by the timeframe! Reminded me of the old-school dungeon crawlers. Maybe a bit too much clicking to do, would have been nice to at least hold down the mouse while moving.
All in all, pretty good though :)
