The presentation is really nice, though I don't feel the music fits in with the rest. The gameplay feels unsatisfying, mostly due to the charging mechanics and difficult to deal with snails. I did really like the amount of content that is there.
Really cool interpretation of the theme. However, the gameplay itself and the actual presentation is lacking.
Huge kudos for the typing sounds, they are *so* satisfying.
While the platforming/detective mix didn't do it for me, the detective/horror combination is really cool. While all the graphics are very low res, they all still are very identifiable. I really liked seeing all the different monsters, great work on them and their rooms.
The amount of chips seems too high for what little health ships have. Most fights finished in a single round for me. Apart from that, really cool concept, and an amazing amount of polish for the short amount of time. Shields up!
Man, reading about all you had planned really makes me want more of this. Right now it's a bit empty, but I could really see this becoming something real cool.
When packing a game up for a jam, don't put it into an installer. Zip files are the way to go.
Really liked the actual game though. Biggest critique is that the arrows don't really follow the rhythm.
Absolutely loved it. The story kinda confused me at the end but otherwise is an absolute highlight.
Could not play this because turning barely works :(
