Nice idea. May have been a good game, but it was really tricky for me. As it has been said - it's more about random. You can make people move left and right, reduce fruits flight time, it will give more arcade feeling. Nice job, anyway.
All these animations and interactions are really pleasant to watch. Pretty food for an Idle game. Would like to have more management for dealers. Nice game overall. Good job.

Graphics and UI might have been bigger. And the first level seemed over-complicated, should have started with simple things, and increased complexity step-by-step.
