The game seems a bit confusing to me... when do I fail and when do I win? I did not understand the mechanics at first and kept collecting data. The UI showed -1000 and still was not over.
Like the above player, I didn't seem to find an end game even when I dropped deep into the negatives. That being said I love the concept with this one; going from trying to collect data bits to avoiding them so you didn't hurt your score was really interesting and meant I was constantly alternating between collecting and offloading bits. Really cool game, nice work!
This was a fun little idea and the art is simple but nice and suits the game well. Great job!

Thanks for playing guys! @matthewdrake and @crotonyl-alcohol , I didn't set up fail state to allow player to choose if they want to have positive or negative score by the end of the game.
negative points for misses are a bit harsh, i always end back around 0 :D '

I think the concept is original but it could use a tutorial or some in-game instructions. It maybe missing some small feedback during the game to understand what you did good and what you did wrong. Also, I noticed that J,K,L default shooting downward? I thought it'd be helpful to have them default to disk if you're lined up with it (and there's only one). That's a good basis to iterate upon, keep up the good work!
I didn't understand why my points went negative, that made it a bit frustrating what I am supposed to do. With a bit more guidance I do think it could have been a cool little game :)
p.s the sound was really loud the first time I booted the game up
Couldn't figure out how to shoot upward, the game was initially a bit hard to understand, but once I did it was quite fun
