I love the graphics and sound! I found a small bug where I could infinitely fly by quickly alternating spacebar/right key, just to let you know. I like the idea of collecting speed!

It was fun!! Took me a couple of tries to reach the end, but I would say that's my skill issue :D Graphics and sound are really cute ^^
Love the papercraft aesthetic and the music was well done. It is a simple game idea executed well and collecting speed is a great interpretation of the theme.
@camcomduck Thanks for the catch! I will have to take a look later, I'm assuming from how the event setup was created.
@belosha I get overconfident and miss jumps all the time.
@alex-mulkerrin Thanks! Almost every element is a polygon that I drew in-engine with a texture and modulation applied to save me the time of drawing for realsies. I actually had the music done before I even coded the jumps properly.
Cute papercraft visuals and a nice background soundtrack. The falling sequence could be a bit shorter, though.
Very cute game, the short tutorial at the start is very useful. I also think the falling sequence could be slightly shorter. I'm not sure if this is true but the levels seem to be auto-generated, which adds a lot of replayability. Though I'm not sure people were able to realize this, lol.
@sergs-workshop By falling sequence, do you mean the length of time the death animation itself plays, or how long of a fall is needed to trigger it?
@bluedandelion Indeed, the main level is fully randomly generated. I quickly found that Claire was too fast for me to be individually building levels (it would take me too long to make long-enough ones to be engaging) so instead they are randomized platforms that follow specific rules. I made it so clicking retry would use the same randomization seed and that start new would generate a new seed, but I didn't think of communicating this fact. Good callout. I feel like new messaging would be a 'new feature' so I've added a note to the game description.
@epb9000 mmm... both, I think. It's more like the time between your understanding that you failed and the beginning of the new run
Really nice game! I particularly liked the design of the UI and the character itself!
@sergs-workshop Thanks, I'll keep that in mind if I expand it. I cut it down a bit before release (believe it or not) but apparently not enough.
Cool concept - bit difficult to play :)
This is a really fun game! The sounds are really cute. The moral of the story is: eat more vegetables! :)
Do I have no way to avoid the obstacles? Once the speed exceeds 300, the screen moves very fast, making it a bit difficult to see what's ahead. But you used gray to indicate that it's dangerous, alright! A small little game!
This was a very fun game. I enjoyed that the candies made it hard as you got faster. My only complaint is that when you fall it takes a long time for the game to end. Great work on the art and music.
@yibirabbit007 The grey ones can be smashed through with the dash button, which elevates Claire's mood and makes her go _even faster_.
This game was somewhat loosely inspired by Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1819450/Koa_and_the_Five_Pirates_of_Mara/
Cool that you had time to create a working tutorial, was very helpful! Nice job!
Love a good runner. I enjoyed it though I had a bit of trouble coordinating the dashes with jumps.
Quite fun and appropriate for the season. I liked the music and how getting rewards made the game more difficult.
