Really sweet game, love the mood/atmosphere of the game. The art and music match nicely. Don't know if i was stupid in the begining, but it took me some time to figure out what i had to do ^^. Great entry ^^

Great use of the theme, making each thing you collect provide you with abilities is great. I loved the graphics and the music. I wish the level design didn't include a massive pit for me to fall into over and over. Overall it was quite fun, great job
It was challenging at first due to the darkness and unclear controls. But otherwise, the game is excellent. The visual style, music, and measured gameplay are captivating and will keep you playing for a long time.
Interesting experience and core tutor mechanics. Nice progression. But i lost in location. (maybe skill issue)
Got stuck for a while with the beginning, otherwise I loved the mood !
Amazing vibe! Reminds me of Limbo. I'd love to play a longer version of this.
An atmospheric game. nice visual.
initially it was unclear why I was falling)
Super cool! Sound design and music for this was incredible! The story (Lore?) is really intriguing (Is the gear a person??? who am i sending a message to?) I really really wish there was more of this it was so good!
I very liked the visual aesthetic, it was very atmospheric. Although, something I want to point:
1. Because of very dim lighting I had hard time to understand what even to do at first. My gear kept falling and I didn't see any obstacles. While this dark lighting and fog may be totally fine in itself as an introduction, maybe some text/pictogram hints would be very nice. And maybe simpler level? (e.g. without falling or/and without wall climbing so early)
2. Then, the collectables. I entered a menu, and. What to do with those things? I mean, game allows me to select them. So I thought "maybe I can interact with them somehow". But I didn't found a way, so my next thought was "oh, maybe they are pure cosmetics. that's ok, but a bit sad"
Overall, it was cool little platformer (and very beautiful aesthetically). I could see potential in it. Maybe more mechanics with gears, interactions with those collectables, etc. Thank you!
upd: I forgor to add. The sounds after collecting that big blue thing becomes annoying very quickly. But I liked the music a lot!
the graphics were SO COOL, the resolution increasing as you collected stuff was such a smart touch. atmosphere was awesome too!! was a little confused at first but overall this was really well done :D
Such an atmospheric game! It's great to upgrade the gear to collect colorful keys!
I would be glad if you would play our game and rate it.
So sweet!
reaaally struggled at the beginning to the point of almost quitting. glad I didn't, the game is nice and soothing, liked the graphics and soundtrack. couldn't finish it though, sadly, got stuck(
Crazy Graphic and moods, and the game is great, too. Very good job!
Amazing original concept!.
I really like this entry. There wasn't too much to do controls wise, but you made a game that explored what you had and didn't outstay its welcome. Collection was fun and interesting, and despite you not moving very fast, and being able to only move left-right and climb, it never felt tedious, which is something that I find happens in game jams often (ESPECIALLY in the games I make ).
You implemented the theme in the way I felt does it best... where collecting has a noticeable impact on the game. Each collection felt interesting, some had a noticeable impact on gameplay or visuals, others just worldbuilding by reading their entry in the book, but both worked to keep me engaged. The ambiance and environment did a fantastic job setting the stage and making you want to explore the game more, telling their own little story.
I really like the art style of the game. I wasn't always sure where to go, and eventually the ladders stopped working, so my exploration ended. Good effort!
The atmosphere is something
Woow, I just want more of this ambiance! I was stuck at the beginning for 2 minutes beofre realizing I had to UP + RIGHT to climb the wall ! The music and sound effect are great !
it's looks so atmospheric and visually stunning
Lovely atmosphere and interesting movement mechanics. The bouncers confused me a bit at first as they were not very visible - Why was I suddenly flying?? Opening the lexicon also seems to freeze the game for a few seconds. I was also a bit lost for what to do once I had collected everything, but found the station eventually. In all a really nice experience. Great job.
Cool idea on making you collect the features of a game that are possibly taken for granted or often not as valued as the gameplay. Your game makes the player realize which role these things play in a game even more than other games do were they are just present from the start. The atmosphere the game produced makes you focus on it even more.
It's so unfortunate that you couldn't implement everything that you planned in the Jam version. The latest version is already pretty solid, though it can still take a little polishing here and there of course. Hope you can make your vision real in the later versions.
By collecting, players receive more feedback. This mechanism of obtaining—using—then obtaining feedback makes me want to explore more. However, if there were a 'map' similar to the one in Don't Starve, it might make the gameplay clearer, especially since there is a place where once I fall down, it's difficult to get back up. Nevertheless, I think this concept is very interesting.
I like the music and atmosphere unlocked later. The design of increasing resolution after collecting items is quite impressive. However, the drawback is that the level design and the initial guidance are a bit lacking.
omg I love how collecting things give you new abilities, this is very well executed. Also the art vibes are great.
Love the concept of collecting pieces to gain different elements of the game. The user experience of the newest version is much better than the original one since it makes it easier for player to understand what they are playing as.
Amazing work! It’s super interesting and has a vert unique way to paraphrase the theme, good job! And welcome to give our game a try! :)
Oh that mood and atmosphere is awesome. I love that textures and effects. Good job guys!
