Fun idea, but I really struggled with the controls and felt like the camera would be focused in weird spots sometimes. Huge props for Customize screen

You bought me the moment I saw a customization button. Screenshot 2024-10-07 183857 2.png It was supposed to be a top hat with funky elf ears but there was no space... Oh well. Anyway, awesome game! It was pretty much pure chaos, but in a fun way, and the music & graphics (especially the audio waves background) really helped with this vibe. Managed to beat it by ROLLing & jummping around randomly. It was great! This is my kind of game design :) Overall, great entry!
I did it, hell yeah. Loved the customization as well, my tiny creature was incredibly smug as it made its way through the levels. Loved the visual style of everything too, the audio visualization in the the background was incredibly stylish, that looks great. Felt very good to control as well, I loved launching out after absorbing all the other creatures, that felt very satisfying. Ending screen is a lot of fun as well. Amazing how much cool stuff you put into the game, very well done, great job!
@fint Thanks! Yep the exit is not at the right spot sometimes sorry  Maybe next time I will put a kind of "margin" around the level so the camera can focus better.
@frogman Thanks! Yeah I really wanted to make something customizable in this game  Glad you liked it!
@captaindreamcast Thanks! I wanted to put even more levels but time fell short
Cool customization feature! The overall vibe is super cool, controls take a bit of practice, but it plays quite nice!

That was amusing!
Putting some effort in creating a customizable part and also the mechanism of the game bring some extra points. I like the idea. Good job!
@zwartraider @sdcorpse @planetary Thank you all for playing my game! Glad you liked it.
Nice! I like that the game wasn't trying to be too complex, instead it had a few mechanics that it combined and that worked well together. I enjoyed the physics-based movement and launching my character with huge speed when I absorbed the others.
I liked the music and it looked good, the mechanics seemed interesting, but it was very difficult to do what you wanted.
I liked your game! The mechanics are fun and made it challenging enough.😀
Very innovative! I don't think I've ever seen that mechanism of absorbing and using creatures like that. It felt like a complete experience.
@iamwave @fork-on-the-table-studios @machwerx Thank you  @ellaris Thanks! For the very difficult part you mean for the "launching"? It is kind of hard to control, sorry
Interesting game! It did take me a bit to figure out that there were spikes on the right side of the room in the first level, since they're the same color as the wall, but once I figured that out it wasn't too bad.
I enjoyed the fact this had a clear tutorial lol. Something missing from most jam games, even my own T-T
This is a really interesting mechanic! (or at least, I haven't seen it before). It took me a bit to get the hang of it, but definitely really fun to play once I did. It was a little hard to aim when launching sometimes, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.
I like the music and art too - it fits the game well.
