Wow, very rare and unique lemmings-inspired game, well done!
nice puzzle game that is easy to understand. only when i pressed restart it would not spawn the little guys anymore (only fix was to restart the game)
Playing this game feels like you're breaking it, cheesing it. :D I finished most of the levels in this zerg storm kind of way: Screenshot_2024-10-08_16-36-26.png Screenshot_2024-10-08_16-40-21.png
Which makes me curious what the intended solutions are. After beating the level, revealing the optimal/planned solution would be a good touch in my opinion. This way, the player can learn even if they managed to beat the level (on accident).
P.S. - looking at the GIF in the description, I can clearly see that my solution is incorrect, but it did manage to complete the level. It didn't ruin the fun for me (in fact, I may enjoy that in a puzzle-ish game), but it might now be what you intended the game to be.
I like that there is no punishment for doing bad moves. It's probably the reason why I had a chance to figure how to play it. :D
The game wouldn't run on Firefox, but it was running well on Chrome. If someone else has issues running it on Firefox, try other browser (e.g. Chrome).
Thank you for your feedback!
@grundi, yeah, try to guess two other bands in references :)
@julester, we'll fix it in a post-jam version, thank you for your comment, will add this info to game description.
@quasilyte, interesting idea about showing solution, actually we intentionally made puzzles easier, so most of them could be solved in 2-3 ways at least, including the one with flooding the level with carriers. But maybe we can add stars or something like that based on the amount of carriers used to solve the problem in post-jam version, so there will be more motivation to look for more efficient solutions. Shame about Firefox, will add this information to description too.
@julester, @quasilyte, @sig00d, just uploaded fix for carrier's respawn + game should work fine now in firefox
@zombiewalrus thank you for the fix. :D I can confirm that your fix is working.
Firefox is my default browser, but I do have a Chromium ready for action just in case as some web apps defy the existence of any other browsers except Chrome. :D
Seems like a really cool game, but its a bit buggy, i never know if im breaking something or if its as designed!
Ohhhh very challenging and fun! Feels fun to try and figure out how to solve the puzzle even if sometimes feels you are doing something that is breaking the rules :p Great work!
I especially liked the music on this one, it worked great with the rhythm of the levels and the sound effects. Great vibes!
The gameplay was a bit finnicky. Once things started moving, it was very hard to interact with the blocks or move them. And I agree with some comments here, the infinite creatures really lend themselves to cheesy "let's wait for them to fill up the space and it will work eventually" strategies :)
Wow, I love this type of game! It's so impressive that you made this during a jam, well done. You should continue to develop the game after the jam.
Interesting idea. Pretty fun, but it's not really clear how to tell which way they're gonna go, to the point that it almost feels a bit buggy and random at times. The 3rd level is pretty much impossible.
@gdman спасибо! Про лифт и коробку, поправим после окончания голосования, думали сделать так, что носители заряда просто сбрасываются из них при перемещении.
@deantwotwo thank you for your feedback! We want to continue to work on this game after voting period, it will help us a lot if you can describe what exactly felt buggy in this game, maybe specific level or elements.
@andreia thank you!
@ditam thank you, kudos to our composer! Yeah, we intentionally left the possibility to flood the level with carriers, plan to improve that in post-jam version.
@dianavi thanks, yes, we plan to continue to work on this game!
@olsonexi thank you for your feedback, will try to solve these issues in post-jam version.
Confusing puzzle game. I think there should be better explanation on what's happening here. I brute forced stage 3 and got stuck on stage 4. If the dialogues below were replaced by hints, it would be better.
@bloodbane, sorry to hear that, will think about hints in postjam version, thanks!
This reminded me of Lemmings. Like the idea. I could see you making more levels for this game.
Very nice!
I think the levels are very creative and overall very entertaining, also the cubes felt quite easy to understand even by just looking at them
You also have multiple ways of solving the puzzles, which i really like
Keep up the great work!
Hahaha loved these tiny robots spawning endlessly! Pretty original concept
Great game, nice matching with theme, keep going
